杭州市開放式創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)構(gòu)建研究
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation needs the support of the platform, which is an effective carrier for gathering innovation resources, aggregating innovation capital and condensing innovative talents. With the cooperation of innovation and the trend of scientific and technological development such as R & D globalization, the traditional closed innovation model is difficult to meet the needs of industrial innovation. At present, the choice of "open innovation platform" has become an important means for more and more international famous enterprises to break through the difficult problem of innovation. For Hangzhou, the scientific and technological innovation resources in Hangzhou are relatively insufficient. It is difficult for the innovation subjects such as enterprises, scientific research institutes, colleges and universities to meet the urgent needs of industrial transformation and upgrading in our city only by their own resource capacity. By constructing an open innovation platform, we can not only solve the innovation problems and provide solutions for the innovators, but also, more importantly, pool the global wisdom to serve Hangzhou's industrial innovation and development. To enhance Hangzhou's industrial innovation capacity, the development of innovative economy has important significance. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign open innovation platform, this paper systematically combs the construction mode and experience of open innovation platform at home and abroad, starting from the actual situation of Hangzhou. This paper analyzes the theoretical background, current situation and main problems of the open innovation platform, and proposes to construct the open innovation platform, integrate the scientific and technological innovation platform resources, amplify the agglomeration effect of the scientific and technological resources, and innovate the supply and demand docking mechanism. To improve the comprehensive services of science and technology innovation in Hangzhou and other constructive suggestions.
