【摘要】：物流業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，幾乎涉及到國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的所有產(chǎn)業(yè)部門，對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)具有重要的促進(jìn)作用。同時(shí)，物流是一個(gè)跨行業(yè)、跨部門、跨地區(qū)的新老結(jié)合的產(chǎn)業(yè)，現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)涵蓋了三大產(chǎn)業(yè)的所有領(lǐng)域和部門。 隨著整個(gè)長三角地區(qū)工業(yè)化的推進(jìn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，物流業(yè)作為社會(huì)循環(huán)再生產(chǎn)的中介產(chǎn)業(yè)，滲透到上海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)所有領(lǐng)域和社會(huì)生活的每一個(gè)角落，，其發(fā)展水平直接影響當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的整體運(yùn)行質(zhì)量與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。 本文采用上海地區(qū)最近三十年的GDP和物流業(yè)生產(chǎn)值（交通運(yùn)輸、倉儲(chǔ)、郵政業(yè)生產(chǎn)值）數(shù)據(jù)，根據(jù)兩者之間的增長率變化和貢獻(xiàn)率變化，分析整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境對(duì)物流業(yè)的影響，以及物流業(yè)對(duì)上海地區(qū)的帶動(dòng)作用。在實(shí)證部分，將物流業(yè)生產(chǎn)值作為一個(gè)變量加入柯布—道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型，研究物流業(yè)對(duì)上海經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用。再結(jié)合灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、居民消費(fèi)水平、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要素對(duì)物流業(yè)的不同影響程度。在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，利用投入產(chǎn)出表，采用動(dòng)態(tài)分析法定量研究上海地區(qū)七年的部門間投入產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù)，進(jìn)一步揭示上海地區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，研究三大產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)物流行業(yè)發(fā)展的影響，揭示其他產(chǎn)業(yè)部門對(duì)物流業(yè)的依賴度。通過上海地區(qū)物流業(yè)波及效應(yīng)與產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性的研究，找出物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向與發(fā)展中的問題，為物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展提供實(shí)證基礎(chǔ)。 最后，提出物流產(chǎn)業(yè)要向現(xiàn)代化智能化發(fā)展，通過引進(jìn)和培育相結(jié)合建設(shè)“大而全”“小而�！毙臀锪髌髽I(yè)。上海地區(qū)加強(qiáng)物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的同時(shí)，更要提高政府相關(guān)部門之間的合作意識(shí)，打破政策壁壘，提高物流從業(yè)人員的專業(yè)素質(zhì)，增加上海地區(qū)“軟件”的競爭力。
[Abstract]:As one of the pillar industries of the national economy, the logistics industry involves almost all the industrial sectors of the national economy, and plays an important role in promoting the regional economy. At the same time, logistics is a cross-industry, cross-sector, cross-regional combination of new and old industries. Modern logistics industry covers all the fields and departments of the three industries. With the promotion of industrialization and the sustained and rapid development of the economy in the whole Yangtze River Delta, the logistics industry, as an intermediary industry of social circulation and reproduction, permeates all fields of economy and every corner of social life in Shanghai. Its development level directly affects the whole operation quality and development condition of local economy. Based on the data of GDP and production value of logistics industry (transportation, storage, post office) in the last 30 years in Shanghai, the paper analyzes the impact of the whole economic environment on the logistics industry according to the change of growth rate and the change of contribution rate between them. As well as the logistics industry to Shanghai area's driving effect. In the empirical part, the production value of logistics industry is added to the Cobb-Douglas production function model as a variable to study the role of logistics industry in promoting the economic development of Shanghai. Combined with grey relational analysis, this paper studies the different influence of economic development factors such as industrial structure, resident consumption level and infrastructure construction on the logistics industry. On the basis of previous studies, using input-output table and dynamic analysis method, this paper quantitatively studies the input-output data of seven years in Shanghai, and further reveals the present situation of logistics industry in Shanghai. This paper studies the influence of three industries on the development of logistics industry and reveals the dependence of other industries on logistics industry. Through the research on the ripple effect and the industrial correlation of logistics industry in Shanghai, the paper finds out the development direction and problems of logistics industry, and provides an empirical basis for the development of logistics industry. Finally, it is pointed out that the logistics industry should develop to modern intelligence and construct "large and complete" and "small but specialized" logistics enterprises through the combination of introduction and cultivation. While strengthening the construction of logistics infrastructure in Shanghai, it is necessary to enhance the consciousness of cooperation among relevant government departments, break down policy barriers, improve the professional quality of logistics practitioners, and increase the competitiveness of "software" in Shanghai.
