【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的步伐不斷加快，中國已從2011年開始超越日本成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟體。臺灣地區(qū)領(lǐng)導人馬英九在2012年連任后，兩岸之間的經(jīng)濟合作也成為兩岸政府關(guān)注的焦點。1978年改革開放以來，上海吸引了大量臺商直接投資，經(jīng)過最近10年的高速增長，上海吸收臺商直接投資初見成效。 本文基于前人有關(guān)外商直接投資理論的基礎(chǔ)上，研究了大量關(guān)于臺商對大陸不同省市直接投資的實證研究，以中國及上�；厩闆r為依托，針對臺商直接投資對上海經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響進行實證研究。 首先本文分析了上海吸收和利用臺商直接投資的歷史軌跡，上海利用臺商直接投資結(jié)構(gòu)特點，并對上海在利用臺商直接投資過程中的問題作了詳細分析，同時提出臺商外遷上海的現(xiàn)象。其次從臺商直接投資對上海經(jīng)濟增長、進出口貿(mào)易、技術(shù)溢出、勞動力就業(yè)等四方面影響著手，運用計量分析法中的線性回歸理論、P檢驗、R檢驗方法，并在權(quán)威網(wǎng)站上采集出大量數(shù)據(jù)，實證研究出臺商直接投資對上海經(jīng)濟發(fā)展增長貢獻系數(shù)為負值，對上海技術(shù)溢出效應的功效值也為負值。最后客觀的分析了上海臺商直接投資面臨新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，以及在全球經(jīng)濟低迷，美國號召制造業(yè)回歸本土國際形勢下，上海需要繼續(xù)吸收和利用臺灣商直接投資，不可放棄制造業(yè)也不可放棄臺商直接投資的電子制造業(yè)，并對上海市提出對策和建議，包含挽留人才所給與的上海市市民待遇政策，人才公寓的批量建設(shè)，最低工資制定的合理考慮等。 本文較為系統(tǒng)研究影響臺商直接投資對上海經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響，運用實證分析構(gòu)造線形回歸模型，，并對模擬的結(jié)果進行P檢驗和R檢驗，這是本文的研究特色。本文由于文獻資料有限，只掌握國內(nèi)參考資料和研究方法，沒有英文資料可以參照，這也是本文進一步研究的方向所在。
[Abstract]:China has overtaken Japan as the world's second-largest economy since 2011. After Ma Yingjiu, the leader of the Taiwan region, was re-elected in 2012, economic cooperation between the two sides of the strait has also become the focus of attention of the cross-strait government. Since the reform and opening up in 1978, Shanghai has attracted a large number of Taiwanese direct investment, which has been growing at a high speed in the past 10 years. Shanghai's absorption of direct investment from Taiwan has yielded initial results. Based on the previous theories of foreign direct investment (FDI), this paper studies a large number of empirical studies on Taiwanese direct investment in different provinces and cities in mainland China, based on the basic situation of China and Shanghai. This paper makes an empirical study on the impact of Taiwanese direct investment on Shanghai's economic development. First of all, this paper analyzes the historical track of absorbing and utilizing Taiwanese direct investment in Shanghai, the structural characteristics of using Taiwan direct investment in Shanghai, and makes a detailed analysis of the problems in the process of using Taiwanese direct investment in Shanghai. At the same time, the phenomenon of Taiwanese businessmen emigrating to Shanghai is put forward. Secondly, it influences Shanghai's economic growth, import and export trade, technology spillover and labor force employment from four aspects of Taiwanese direct investment. The linear regression theory in econometric analysis is used to test the R test method. The empirical research shows that the contribution coefficient of direct investment to Shanghai's economic development is negative, and the efficiency of technology spillover effect is negative. Finally, it objectively analyzes the new opportunities and challenges faced by Shanghai Taiwanese direct investment, as well as the need for Shanghai to continue to absorb and utilize Taiwanese direct investment in the face of the global economic downturn and the call by the United States to the manufacturing industry to return to the international situation at home. We must not abandon the manufacturing industry or the electronic manufacturing industry, which is invested directly by Taiwanese businessmen, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to Shanghai, including the policy on the treatment of Shanghai citizens to retain talents, and the mass construction of talent apartments. A reasonable consideration of the setting of a minimum wage, etc. This paper systematically studies the impact of Taiwanese direct investment on the economic development of Shanghai, uses empirical analysis to construct linear regression model, and carries out P test and R test on the results of simulation, which is the research feature of this paper. Due to the limited literature, this paper only grasps the domestic reference materials and research methods, and has no English data to refer to, which is the direction of further research in this paper.
