【摘要】：以亞太38個國家或地區(qū)為考察對象,選取2007-2011年度世界銀行發(fā)布的腐敗治理指數(shù)和人均購買力平價數(shù)據(jù)為工具變量指標(biāo),對腐敗治理與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的關(guān)系進(jìn)行定量分析,分析表明:經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平較好的國家或地區(qū)腐敗治理程度也較高。其政策含義是:遏制腐敗必須改變政治體制中的權(quán)力格局和等級制度,經(jīng)濟(jì)的開放和自由必須建立在公開透明的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)在公民群體中積極傳播廉潔文化,廉潔教育應(yīng)作為一種長期的戰(zhàn)略加以堅(jiān)持。
[Abstract]:Taking 38 countries or regions in Asia and the Pacific as the object of investigation, the corruption governance index and purchasing power parity per capita published by the World Bank in 2007-2011 are selected as tool variables to quantitatively analyze the relationship between corruption governance and the level of economic development. The analysis shows that the countries or regions with good economic development level also have a higher degree of corruption management. Its policy implication is that the fight against corruption must change power patterns and hierarchies in political institutions, that economic openness and freedom must be based on openness and transparency and that a culture of integrity should be actively disseminated among citizens, Clean education should be maintained as a long-term strategy.
