【摘要】：正習(xí)近平同志以馬克思主義哲學(xué)的敏銳眼光,客觀全面地考察我國與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新情況、新特征,指出中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展已經(jīng)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)。這一科學(xué)論斷客觀準(zhǔn)確,全面深刻。從馬克思主義哲學(xué)的視角解讀,可以看出,新常態(tài)是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一種新變化、新進(jìn)程、新特征;新常態(tài)是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展內(nèi)在矛盾運(yùn)動的必然結(jié)果和自然進(jìn)程;發(fā)揮人的主觀能動性就必須立足現(xiàn)實(shí),遵循規(guī)律,正確地認(rèn)識、順應(yīng)和引領(lǐng)新常態(tài)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the keen vision of Marxist philosophy, Comrade Xi Jinping has objectively and comprehensively examined the new situation and new characteristics of the economic development in China and the world, and pointed out that China's economic development has entered a new normal. This scientific conclusion is objective, accurate, comprehensive and profound. From the perspective of Marxist philosophy, we can see that the new normal is a kind of new change, new process and new characteristic of our country's economic development, the new normal is the inevitable result and natural process of the internal contradiction movement of economic development. To give full play to human's subjective initiative, we must base ourselves on reality, follow the law, understand correctly, conform to and guide the development of the new normal.
