【摘要】：基于長三角和珠三角地區(qū)遍及29個(gè)細(xì)分行業(yè)的498家上市公司的微觀投資數(shù)據(jù),對2000—2010年期間產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的總體趨勢和時(shí)空演變特征進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,并進(jìn)一步探討影響產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的因素。結(jié)果表明:在行業(yè)分布上,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移大致按照"勞動(dòng)密集型—資本和資源密集型—技術(shù)密集型"的方向進(jìn)行;在地區(qū)選擇上,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移沿著"東部沿海地區(qū)—中西部地區(qū)—海外地區(qū)"的順序梯度進(jìn)行;要素成本、區(qū)位環(huán)境和制度環(huán)境因素是產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的重要影響因素。因此,內(nèi)陸地區(qū)既要加快高鐵等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),弱化區(qū)位劣勢以有效降低要素運(yùn)輸成本,又要提高政府效率以降低交易成本,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)東中西部地區(qū)間產(chǎn)業(yè)的有序轉(zhuǎn)移和協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the micro investment data of 498 listed companies in 29 subdivision industries in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the overall trend and space-time evolution characteristics of industrial transfer in the period of 2000-2010. And further explore the factors that affect the industrial transfer. The results show that, in the industrial distribution, industrial transfer is carried out in the direction of "labor-intensive, capital-intensive and resource-intensive-technology-intensive", and in regional selection, The industrial transfer is carried out in the order of "eastern coastal region, central and western region and overseas area", and the factors of factor cost, location environment and institutional environment are the important influencing factors of industrial transfer. Therefore, inland areas should speed up the construction of infrastructure such as high-speed rail, weaken their location disadvantages in order to effectively reduce the cost of factor transportation, and improve the efficiency of the government so as to reduce transaction costs. Finally, realize the orderly transfer and coordinated development of industries between the east, west and west regions.
