【摘要】：構(gòu)建以福利為導(dǎo)向的低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型,并對(duì)G20國(guó)家1990-2010年的低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明:在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家行列中,法國(guó)的低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)的雙重優(yōu)勢(shì);巴西是發(fā)展中國(guó)家低碳發(fā)展的標(biāo)桿;中國(guó)的低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在G20國(guó)家中處于劣勢(shì),未來中國(guó)需要在技術(shù)、制度和理念上進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的變革創(chuàng)新,以實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式的低碳發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:A welfare-oriented low-carbon competitiveness model is constructed and an empirical analysis of the low-carbon competitiveness of G20 countries from 1990 to 2010 is carried out. The results show that in the ranks of developed countries, France has both static and dynamic advantages in low carbon competitiveness; Brazil is the benchmark for low-carbon development in developing countries; and China is at a disadvantage among the G20 countries in its low carbon competitiveness. In the future, China needs systematic innovation in technology, system and concept in order to achieve a leapfrog low-carbon development.
