【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)展模式已不能有效滿足發(fā)展需求,發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),走經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境保護(hù)三者兼顧的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,是當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然選擇。發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)意義重大,它是實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然和諧相處的重要舉措,是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的必然選擇,不僅有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo),同時(shí)也是實(shí)現(xiàn)西部大開(kāi)發(fā)、實(shí)施甘肅老工業(yè)基地崛起的戰(zhàn)略選擇。本文運(yùn)用可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)“3R”等理論,沿著闡述理論—分析現(xiàn)實(shí)—服務(wù)實(shí)踐的研究思路,采用定性和定量分析、理論與實(shí)證、系統(tǒng)分析與典型解剖相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行研究分析。本文在分析總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論研究、理清國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)做法的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析了研究對(duì)象發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)存在的主要問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)分析了研究對(duì)象發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)采取的措施,并有針對(duì)性的為研究對(duì)象發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)提出了可借鑒的一些做法。 本文以我省水泥企業(yè)永登祁連山水泥有限公司為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的“3R”基本原則,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外尤其是水泥行業(yè)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我省的發(fā)展背景和公司當(dāng)前發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)公司發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行深入研究,針對(duì)性分析了公司發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)存在的主要問(wèn)題和面臨的困難,著重詳細(xì)分析了公司目前發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)采取的一些手段,并為公司發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)提出了其他有針對(duì)性的意見(jiàn)建議,提出水泥企業(yè)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較可行的框架性措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, the traditional mode of development can no longer meet the needs of development effectively, develop circular economy, take the road of sustainable development which takes account of economic development, resource conservation and environmental protection. Is the world economic and social development of the inevitable choice. The development of circular economy is of great significance. It is an important measure to realize the harmony between man and nature and an inevitable choice to change the mode of economic growth. It is not only helpful to realize the long-term goal of building a harmonious society in our country, but also to realize the great development of the western region. Implement the strategic choice of Gansu old industrial base rise. This paper applies the theory of sustainable development, ecological economics and "3R" of circular economy, and adopts qualitative and quantitative analysis, theory and practice. The method of systematic analysis and typical anatomy was studied and analyzed. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the theoretical research on circular economy at home and abroad and clarifying the practice of developing circular economy at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the research object of developing circular economy. This paper mainly analyzes the measures taken by the research object to develop the circular economy, and puts forward some methods which can be used for reference for the research object to develop the circular economy. This paper takes Yongdeng Qilian Mountain cement Co., Ltd., a cement enterprise of our province, as the research object, according to the "3R" basic principle of circular economy theory, and draws lessons from the practical experience of developing circular economy at home and abroad, especially in cement industry. Combined with the development background of our province and the current situation of the company developing circular economy, this paper makes a deep research on the development of the circular economy of the company, and analyzes the main problems and difficulties faced by the company in the development of the circular economy. This paper analyzes in detail some measures adopted by the company to develop circular economy at present, puts forward other suggestions and suggestions for the development of circular economy, and puts forward some feasible frame measures for cement enterprises to develop circular economy.
