【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整,就業(yè)問題已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前牽動全社會的重大的社會問題和經(jīng)濟(jì)問題。從某種意義上說,就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)增長的變化受到產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的影響。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)決定與之相協(xié)調(diào)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),但是就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變動有時與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變動產(chǎn)生偏差,造成就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的滯后和就業(yè)增長的阻礙。因此,研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,并從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整角度提出就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化對策,有助于為破解就業(yè)難題提供解決思路。 江西省是我國中部地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較落后的省份,就業(yè)問題也比較嚴(yán)峻。如何通過產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整來優(yōu)化就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),從而解決就業(yè)問題,是江西省正面臨的重大課題。本文針對這一現(xiàn)實問題進(jìn)行了深入的研究。首先,在相關(guān)理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀和演變歷程做了詳細(xì)描述,并對兩者之間的關(guān)系做了定性分析。結(jié)果表明,江西省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)整體上都向著好的方向發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間存在密切聯(lián)系。然后,分別從內(nèi)部機(jī)制和外部表征兩個角度分析江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。內(nèi)部機(jī)制研究結(jié)果表明,江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的作用機(jī)理基本符合一般理論的描述,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演進(jìn)會通過改變技術(shù)水平和改變行業(yè)間收入差距來影響就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。外部表征研究結(jié)果表明,隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演進(jìn),不同產(chǎn)業(yè)(行業(yè))的就業(yè)吸納能力隨之改變,從而使得就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整；然而,就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整并不是同步的,兩者之間存在偏離,這也會促使就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)一步調(diào)整。最后,從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等角度,提出優(yōu)化江西省就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),解決就業(yè)問題的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the adjustment of industrial structure, employment has become a major social and economic problem affecting the whole society. In a sense, the changes of employment structure and employment growth are influenced by the evolution of industrial structure and industrial structure. The industrial structure determines the coordinated employment structure, but the change of the employment structure sometimes deviates from the change of the industrial structure, resulting in the lag of the transformation of the employment structure and the hindrance of the employment growth. Therefore, the study of the influence of industrial structure on employment structure and the optimization of employment structure from the angle of industrial structure adjustment are helpful to solve the employment problem. Jiangxi Province is a backward province in the central region of China, and the employment problem is serious. How to optimize the employment structure through the adjustment of industrial structure and solve the employment problem is an important subject facing Jiangxi Province. This article has carried on the thorough research to this realistic question. First of all, on the basis of relevant theoretical analysis, this paper describes the present situation and evolution process of industrial structure and employment structure in Jiangxi Province in detail, and makes qualitative analysis on the relationship between them. The results show that the industrial structure and employment structure of Jiangxi Province as a whole are developing towards a good direction, and there is a close relationship between the industrial structure and the employment structure. Then, the influence of industrial structure on employment structure in Jiangxi Province is analyzed from two angles of internal mechanism and external representation. The results of internal mechanism research show that the mechanism of industrial structure acting on employment structure in Jiangxi Province basically accords with the description of general theory. The evolution of industrial structure will influence the employment structure by changing the level of technology and changing the income gap between industries. The results of external characterization study show that with the evolution of industrial structure, the employment absorption capacity of different industries (industries) changes with it, which makes the employment structure adjust, however, the adjustment of employment structure and industrial structure is not synchronized. There is a deviation between the two, which will also promote further adjustment of the employment structure. Finally, from the perspective of industrial structure upgrading and industrial internal structure adjustment, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the employment structure of Jiangxi Province and to solve the employment problem.
