【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放早期至20世紀(jì)90年代初期,雖然政策文件中尚未出現(xiàn)混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)的提法,但混合所有制企業(yè)已經(jīng)形成,特別是改革開(kāi)放初期的中外合作和中外合資企業(yè),是最早的混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)。90年代初期至十八大之前,我國(guó)所有制結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)了從國(guó)有經(jīng)濟(jì)的一枝獨(dú)秀到多種所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)共同發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)變,這一時(shí)期,混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)始反復(fù)出現(xiàn)在重要的政策文件中,并被稱為公有制的有效實(shí)現(xiàn)形式之一。黨的十八大特別是十八屆三中全會(huì)以來(lái),混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展思路更加明確,積極發(fā)展混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì),已成為堅(jiān)持和完善基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度的重要著力點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:From the early stage of reform and opening up to the early 1990s, although the formulation of mixed ownership economy has not yet appeared in the policy document, mixed ownership enterprises have been formed, especially Chinese-foreign cooperation and Sino-foreign joint ventures in the early stages of reform and opening up. It was the earliest mixed ownership economy in the early 1990s and before the 18th National Congress, when the ownership structure of our country changed from a dominant state economy to a common development of various forms of ownership. The mixed ownership economy began to appear repeatedly in important policy documents and was called one of the effective forms of public ownership. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, especially since the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the development of the mixed ownership economy has become more clear, and the active development of the mixed ownership economy has become an important point to adhere to and perfect the basic economic system.
