【摘要】：本文以廣東省為例,研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中的后發(fā)優(yōu)勢問題。論文首先介紹了后發(fā)優(yōu)勢理論在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀及基本含義,繼而通過對廣東省改革開放以來經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)的實證分析,研究了廣東省先發(fā)地區(qū)與后發(fā)地區(qū)之間的發(fā)展差距、后發(fā)地區(qū)近年來的趕超情況,以及促成趕超的要素。數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果顯示,廣東省四個區(qū)域之間發(fā)展的相對差距近年來有逐漸縮小的趨勢,后發(fā)地區(qū)存在趕超效應(yīng)。這一趕超效應(yīng)既有經(jīng)濟發(fā)展客觀規(guī)律的作用,也有人力、資本等各種經(jīng)濟要素投入的影響,更有當(dāng)?shù)卣l(fā)揮的推動作用。廣東省經(jīng)驗表明,政府通過積極建立上下聯(lián)動、力量聚焦和政商協(xié)作三個機制,將極大地促進后發(fā)地區(qū)后發(fā)優(yōu)勢的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Guangdong Province as an example to study the advantage of late development in the process of regional economic development. This paper first introduces the current situation and basic meaning of the theory of late-development advantage at home and abroad, and then through the empirical analysis of economic data since the reform and opening up in Guangdong Province, it studies the development gap between the first-developed region and the late-developed region in Guangdong Province. The situation of catching up and overtaking in recent years, and the factors contributing to catching up and overtaking. The results of data analysis show that the relative gap between the four regions of Guangdong Province has gradually narrowed in recent years, and the catch-up and overtaking effect exists in the latter developed areas. This overtaking effect not only has the function of the objective law of economic development, but also has the influence of various economic factors such as manpower, capital and so on, and has the promotion function of the local government. The experience of Guangdong Province shows that the government will greatly promote the realization of the late-development advantage by actively establishing three mechanisms of linking up and down, focusing on power and cooperation between government and business.
