【摘要】：政策創(chuàng)新是將政策優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵。廣西優(yōu)勢(shì)政策密集,政策優(yōu)勢(shì)凸顯,應(yīng)著重從制定創(chuàng)新、執(zhí)行創(chuàng)新和實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新三方面,找到中央政策和地方政策的契合點(diǎn),找準(zhǔn)基本政策和區(qū)域發(fā)展的結(jié)合點(diǎn),積極建立符合廣西各地域情的政策試驗(yàn)區(qū),從而用足用活廣西各項(xiàng)優(yōu)惠政策,變政策優(yōu)勢(shì)為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)廣西"兩個(gè)建成"和跨越發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Policy innovation is the key to turn policy advantage into development advantage. Guangxi's advantage policy is dense and its policy superiority is prominent. It is necessary to find out the convergence point of central and local policies and the combination of basic policies and regional development from the three aspects of making innovation, implementing innovation and practical innovation. In order to realize the goal of "two completion" and leapfrogging development of Guangxi, we should actively establish a policy experimental area in accordance with the regional conditions of Guangxi, and make full use of all preferential policies in Guangxi, and turn the policy advantage into competitive advantage and development advantage.
