科技進(jìn)步對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:在能源快速消耗、環(huán)境惡化的情況下,發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)成為世界各國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新模式,得到世界各國的一致認(rèn)可,并采取相應(yīng)的政策舉措來大力發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì),學(xué)者們也紛紛展開對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究。因此,本文在此背景下,探討科技進(jìn)步對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)證研究,以期能夠豐富低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的發(fā)展,同時能夠提出對中國低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有益的對策建議。 本文研究分為以下四個步驟:首先,從時間、行業(yè)、區(qū)域等多個維度對我國低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,得出我國低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所處的情況,深入分析得出我國低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展和資源環(huán)境不協(xié)調(diào)、中國城市化的環(huán)境壓力較大、中國工業(yè)化的能源需求較大和中國能源消費(fèi)以煤為主導(dǎo)致環(huán)境污染大等突出問題。之后,,通過整理分析已有文獻(xiàn),對科技進(jìn)步對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響的機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,理清科技進(jìn)步對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)影響的路徑,為下一步研究打下基礎(chǔ)。然后,在理清科技進(jìn)步對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)影響的路徑基礎(chǔ)上,對科技進(jìn)步與低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)評價指標(biāo)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,并采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型定量研究科技進(jìn)步對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。得出節(jié)能技術(shù)、清潔能源技術(shù)、能效技術(shù)和減排技術(shù)對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展均有正向的促進(jìn)作用。最后,結(jié)合我國的實(shí)際情況,提出我國低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見及對策建議。 本文主要的創(chuàng)新工作是深入分析了節(jié)能技術(shù)、清潔能源技術(shù)、能效技術(shù)和減排技術(shù)對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)影響的機(jī)理,并突破傳統(tǒng)定性分析的局限,定量地研究科技進(jìn)步對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。
[Abstract]:With the rapid consumption of energy and the deterioration of the environment, the development of a low-carbon economy has become a new model for the economic development of various countries in the world, which has been unanimously recognized by all countries in the world, and corresponding policy measures have been taken to vigorously develop the low-carbon economy. Scholars have also launched the development of low-carbon economic research. Therefore, under this background, this paper discusses the empirical research on the development of low-carbon economy by scientific and technological progress, in order to enrich the development of low-carbon economy theory, and at the same time, it can put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of low-carbon economy in China. This paper is divided into the following four steps: first of all, from the time, industry, region and other dimensions of low-carbon economic development in China, the current situation of low-carbon economic development is analyzed, and the situation of low-carbon economic development in China is obtained. The deep analysis shows that the development of low-carbon economy in China is not in harmony with the economic and social development and the resources and environment, and the environmental pressure of China's urbanization is great. China's industrial energy demand and China's energy consumption mainly caused by coal environmental pollution and other outstanding problems. After that, the paper analyzes the mechanism of the impact of scientific and technological progress on low-carbon economy, and clarifies the path of the impact of scientific and technological progress on low-carbon economy, laying a foundation for the next research. Then, on the basis of clarifying the influence of science and technology progress on low carbon economy, the evaluation index of science and technology progress and low carbon economy is constructed, and the influence of science and technology progress on low carbon economy is studied quantitatively by using structural equation model. It is concluded that energy saving technology, clean energy technology, energy efficiency technology and emission reduction technology have positive effects on the development of low carbon economy. Finally, according to the actual situation of our country, the paper puts forward some guiding opinions and countermeasures for the development of low-carbon economy in China. The main innovation work of this paper is to analyze the mechanism of energy saving technology, clean energy technology, energy efficiency technology and emission reduction technology on low-carbon economy, and break through the limitation of traditional qualitative analysis.
