【摘要】：經(jīng)濟全球化背景下,世界各國各地區(qū)之間的經(jīng)濟來往日益密切。我國在對外經(jīng)濟開放以來,對外貿(mào)易得到了極大的發(fā)展,除了東南沿海的對外開放輝煌的成就外,在內(nèi)陸地區(qū),我國也不斷開拓國際區(qū)域經(jīng)濟之間的來往。口岸是對外經(jīng)濟交往的窗口,口岸經(jīng)濟是依托口岸發(fā)展起來的外向型經(jīng)濟。 延邊口岸的設(shè)立和發(fā)展為我國在東北亞地區(qū)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化發(fā)展開拓了重要的貿(mào)易區(qū)域。延邊口岸是我國對俄羅斯、朝鮮、日本、韓國等多國家的外向型經(jīng)濟的重要橋梁。實踐證明,延邊口岸的發(fā)展在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化過程中起到了有利推動的作用。 本文在總結(jié)延邊口岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上,通過對延邊口岸建設(shè)對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響研究分析,進一步認識到口岸經(jīng)濟在對外貿(mào)易方面旅游業(yè)發(fā)展方面、引進外資出口加工產(chǎn)業(yè)以及邊境互市貿(mào)易方面的巨大的經(jīng)濟推動作用,得出口岸經(jīng)濟成為延邊重要的經(jīng)濟增長點。 文中從延邊口岸的戰(zhàn)略地位及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、建設(shè)與運行狀況、各口岸的過貨、過客比重與國別情況等四個方面分析延邊口岸的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)延邊口岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展存在的各種亟待解決的問題分。針對這些問題析,借鑒國內(nèi)其他地區(qū)口岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的先進經(jīng)驗提出延邊口岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及其對策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the economic exchanges between countries and regions are getting closer and closer. China's foreign trade has been greatly developed since the opening up of foreign economy. In addition to the brilliant achievements in opening up to the outside world in the southeast coastal areas, China has also continuously opened up international regional economic exchanges in the inland areas. Port is the window of foreign economic exchanges, port economy is the development of port-oriented economy. The establishment and development of Yanbian Port has opened up an important trade area for the development of regional economic integration in Northeast Asia. Yanbian Port is an important bridge to the export-oriented economy of Russia, North Korea, Japan, South Korea and other countries. Practice has proved that the development of Yanbian Port has played a favorable role in the process of regional economic integration. On the basis of summing up the experience of Yanbian port's economic development, this paper studies and analyzes the impact of Yanbian port construction on regional economic development, and further recognizes the port economy's tourism development in foreign trade. The import of foreign investment in export processing industry and the border market trade plays a huge role in promoting the economy, and it is concluded that port economy has become an important economic growth point in Yanbian. This paper analyzes the present situation of Yanbian port from four aspects: the strategic position and development status, the construction and operation of the port, the shipment of each port, the proportion of passing passengers and the national situation. Yanbian port economic development found that there are a variety of problems to be solved. Based on the analysis of these problems, this paper puts forward the economic development strategy of Yanbian port and its countermeasures for reference from the advanced experience of port economic development in other regions of China.
