重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響研究

【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域內(nèi)，對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)一直都是兩個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問題。自直轄以來重慶市的對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅猛，，逐漸實(shí)現(xiàn)了貿(mào)易順差，對(duì)外貿(mào)易的規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大，一方面創(chuàng)造了大量利稅收入，另一方面還帶動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)。 經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵之一是要實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)。然而，對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的變化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型之間也存在著密不可分的聯(lián)系，二者相互影響，互為因果。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化效應(yīng)的擴(kuò)大，開放部門與產(chǎn)業(yè)部門之間的關(guān)系不斷增強(qiáng)，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型與結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的影響將不斷深入，毫無(wú)疑問，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí)與轉(zhuǎn)型也將在開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)中進(jìn)行。近幾年，重慶市提出了打造西部?jī)?nèi)陸開放高地的口號(hào)，在加快開放程度的同時(shí)還要實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。在世界各國(guó)都增大開放度，發(fā)展開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的大環(huán)境下，對(duì)外貿(mào)易無(wú)疑將成為影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)最主要的外部因素。因此，對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是一個(gè)國(guó)家或者地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展的重要保障。 本文旨在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，借鑒某些理論及研究方法，以重慶市為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下的重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響做一個(gè)比較全面的分析。本文主要研究框架由如下六個(gè)部分組成： 第一章，導(dǎo)言。本章陳述了論文的選題的背景及意義，研究?jī)?nèi)容，技術(shù)路線以及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述。 第二章，對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的理論分析。第二章是本文的理論部分，首先，分別回顧對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)理論；然后，在理論的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)通過何種方式和途徑來影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，并建立一個(gè)對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的一般性理論框架，為下文的研究提供理論支撐。 第三章，重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究。本章主要介紹重慶市進(jìn)出口結(jié)構(gòu)以及重慶市三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和特征，采用橫向比較的方法，結(jié)合描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析得出重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，為下文實(shí)證分析影響渠道提供現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。 第四章，重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響渠道的實(shí)證分析�；谛陆�(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論的技術(shù)進(jìn)步經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模型，從全要素生產(chǎn)率的角度，采用協(xié)整回歸實(shí)證分析了重慶分類商品的進(jìn)出口占GDP的比重、總進(jìn)口、總出口、勞動(dòng)和資本存量對(duì)重慶市三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)出增長(zhǎng)的全要素生產(chǎn)率和技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)；在此基礎(chǔ)上，建立誤差修正模型，考察以上變量短期波動(dòng)對(duì)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)出增長(zhǎng)的影響作用；最后，歸納總結(jié)出重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的方式和渠道。 第五章，重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)變化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化的實(shí)證分析。借用前人研究的方法，構(gòu)造結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)值測(cè)量指標(biāo)，從動(dòng)態(tài)的角度，研究出口結(jié)構(gòu)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)口結(jié)構(gòu)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)機(jī)制是否通暢。結(jié)合第四章對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響渠道分析，比較全面、系統(tǒng)地考察重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的影響機(jī)理，并發(fā)現(xiàn)二者在演進(jìn)過程中存在的問題，為第六章的對(duì)策建議提供依據(jù)。 第六章，優(yōu)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)策及建議。根據(jù)前文的現(xiàn)狀分析和實(shí)證分析，歸納總結(jié)出存在的一些主要問題，并針對(duì)相關(guān)問題提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In the field of economic research, the foreign trade structure and industrial structure have always been two hot issues. Since the central government, Chongqing's foreign trade has developed rapidly, gradually realized the trade surplus, the scale of foreign trade expanded rapidly, on the one hand, it created a large amount of tax revenue, on the other hand, it also led to the economic growth.
One of the key points of economic transformation is to realize the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. However, there is an inseparable relationship between the change of foreign trade structure and the transformation of economic growth. The two parties interact and cause mutual cause and effect. With the expansion of the economic globalization effect, the relationship between the open sector and the industrial sector is increasing, and the world economy is increasing. The impact of economic transformation and structural upgrading will continue to deepen. There is no doubt that the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure will also be carried out in the open economy. In recent years, Chongqing has put forward the slogan of building the open highland of the west inland. At the same time, the health of the economy and the stable development should be realized at the same time. All the countries in the world have increased. Under the environment of opening and opening economy, foreign trade will undoubtedly become the most important external factor affecting the industrial structure. Therefore, the coordinated development of foreign trade structure and industrial structure is an important guarantee for the healthy development of a country or region.
On the basis of previous studies, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the foreign trade structure of Chongqing on the industrial structure under the background of economic globalization, using some theories and research methods and taking Chongqing as the research object. The main research framework of this paper is composed of six parts as follows:
Chapter 1, introduction. This chapter states the background, significance, research content, technical line and related literature review of the thesis.
The second chapter is the theoretical analysis of the foreign trade structure and industrial structure. The second chapter is the theoretical part of this article. First, it reviews the theory of foreign trade structure and the related theory of industrial structure. Then, on the basis of the theory, it summarizes the way and path of foreign trade structure to influence the industrial structure and establish a foreign trade. The general theoretical framework of structure affecting industrial structure provides theoretical support for the following research.
The third chapter, the present situation of the development of Chongqing's foreign trade and industrial structure. This chapter mainly introduces the import and export structure of Chongqing and the status and characteristics of the development of the three industrial structure of Chongqing. By means of the lateral comparison, the present situation and the existing problems of the foreign trade structure and industrial structure of Chongqing and the existing problems are obtained by the descriptive statistical analysis. It provides a realistic basis for the empirical analysis of the following channels.
The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the influence channel of Chongqing's foreign trade structure to the industrial structure. Based on the new economic growth theory, the technological progress economic growth model, from the angle of the total factor productivity, uses cointegration regression to analyze the specific weight of the import and export of the classified commodities in Chongqing, the total import, the total export, the labor and capital stock. The total factor productivity and technology spillover effect of the output growth of the three industries in the city of Qing City; on this basis, the error correction model was established to investigate the effect of the short-term fluctuation of the above variables on the growth of the three industrial output. Finally, the ways and channels of the industrial structure of Chongqing's foreign trade structure were summed up.
The fifth chapter, the empirical analysis of the structural change of foreign trade trade and the change of industrial structure in Chongqing. Using the methods of previous research, we construct the measurement index of structural change value. From the dynamic point of view, it studies the influence of the export structure on the industrial structure. The import structure affects the smooth structure of the industrial structure. The industrial structure is combined with the fourth chapter of the foreign trade structure. The influence channel analysis is more comprehensive, the influence mechanism between the foreign trade structure and the industrial structure of Chongqing is systematically investigated, and the problems of the two in the process of the evolution are found, which provides the basis for the countermeasures and suggestions of the sixth chapter.
The sixth chapter is to optimize and coordinate the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Chongqing's foreign trade and industrial structure. According to the present situation analysis and empirical analysis, some major problems are summed up and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the light of the related problems.
