【摘要】：縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，是指縣域在參與國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中具有相對(duì)于其它地區(qū)優(yōu)化資源配置，營(yíng)造比較優(yōu)勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，從而促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,不斷提升生活水平的能力。本文針對(duì)南平市九個(gè)縣（市）經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡現(xiàn)狀，運(yùn)用多元統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法中的聚類(lèi)分析對(duì)南平市各縣（市）經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，并分析影響其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的內(nèi)在成因與外在因素，總結(jié)閩北縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題，進(jìn)而提出提升閩北縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展對(duì)策，即堅(jiān)持科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,強(qiáng)化農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)地位，，以加快工業(yè)化進(jìn)程為核心，推動(dòng)閩北縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)，以武夷新區(qū)為中心，大力發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)，穩(wěn)妥地推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化，構(gòu)建大武夷旅游圈，積極招商引資，堅(jiān)持人才興縣戰(zhàn)略，走特色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展道路，使閩北縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)充分發(fā)揮在縱深推進(jìn)海西建設(shè)中的前鋒作用，實(shí)現(xiàn)海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)綠色腹地的躍升發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive competitiveness of county economy refers to the ability of county in participating in international and domestic competition to optimize the allocation of resources and create comparative and competitive advantages in comparison with other regions in order to promote the development of regional economy and improve the standard of living. In view of the unbalanced economic development of nine counties (cities) in Nanping City, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the economic development of each county (city) in Nanping City by cluster analysis in the method of multivariate statistical analysis. It also analyzes the internal causes and external factors that affect its economic development level, summarizes the existing problems in the county economic development of North Fujian, and then puts forward the development countermeasures to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the county economy in the north of Fujian, that is, to adhere to the scientific concept of development. To strengthen the basic position of agriculture, to speed up the industrialization process as the core, to promote the optimization and upgrading of the county economic structure in the north of Fujian, to vigorously develop the service industry with the new Wuyi district as the center, to steadily promote urbanization, and to construct a great tourism circle of Wuyi. Actively attracting investment, insisting on the strategy of developing county by talents, taking the road of characteristic economic development, making the county economy of North Fujian fully play the vanguard role in promoting the construction of Hercynian in depth, and realizing the leap and development of the green hinterland of the economic zone of the West Bank of Taiwan Strait.
