【摘要】：新世紀(jì)以來(lái),創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)新的發(fā)展范式。日本順應(yīng)趨勢(shì)不斷完善創(chuàng)新機(jī)制、改善創(chuàng)新生態(tài)環(huán)境,創(chuàng)新政策演進(jìn)呈現(xiàn)體系化發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)與特點(diǎn),對(duì)我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家建設(shè)具有許多啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, the innovation drive has become the new development paradigm of the world economy. Japan follows the trend to improve the innovation mechanism, improve the ecological environment of innovation, and the evolution of innovation policy presents the trend and characteristics of systematic development, which has a lot of enlightenment to the construction of innovative country in China.
