【摘要】：近些年來，經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展已成為國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方向的主流，無論是中央政府還是地方政府，都在大力倡導(dǎo)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式要從粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變。政府已經(jīng)認(rèn)識到，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不能再走高耗能，高污染的道路，而是應(yīng)該提高效率，實現(xiàn)低投入，高產(chǎn)出。那么，依靠什么來實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展便成為首要解決的問題。常規(guī)的方法有技術(shù)進(jìn)步、創(chuàng)新等，而本文以上海為例，研究金融競爭力對經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的作用。 為了分析金融競爭力對經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的作用，本文首先對經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的涵義進(jìn)行了定義和說明，認(rèn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展既包括經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率的提高，也包括產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化等，然后具體分析了金融競爭力通過提高經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)來促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的作用機(jī)制，從而奠定本文的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次，對影響上海金融競爭力的因素進(jìn)行分析，認(rèn)為主要有三方面的因素，即金融環(huán)境，金融規(guī)模和金融效率。綜合以上分析，構(gòu)建能夠準(zhǔn)確反映上海金融競爭力的指標(biāo)體系，并搜集相關(guān)指標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù)，，運(yùn)用主成分分析法來研究上海金融競爭力的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。經(jīng)過分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)上海金融競爭力是逐步提高的。再者，從經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展動力經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展約束和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展成果四大方面構(gòu)建反映該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的評價指標(biāo)體系，通過專家打分的方式確定各自的權(quán)重，并搜集反映指標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù)，研究該地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)該地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展指數(shù)整體呈現(xiàn)增長趨勢，從而意味著經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展成效顯著。最后，對兩組數(shù)據(jù)分別進(jìn)行單位根檢驗，得到兩組數(shù)據(jù)均為一階單整數(shù)據(jù)，并運(yùn)用OLS估計回歸模型，對其殘差進(jìn)行檢驗，確認(rèn)兩者存在協(xié)整關(guān)系，從而建立協(xié)整方程和誤差修正模型，以反映兩者分別在長期和短期內(nèi)的均衡關(guān)系。 經(jīng)過以上理論和實證的分析后，本文認(rèn)為金融競爭力和經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展之間存在長期和短期均衡的關(guān)系，并且金融競爭力的提升可以很好地促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展�；诖私Y(jié)論和發(fā)達(dá)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗，本文在最后總結(jié)了一些提升上海金融競爭力的政策建議，以更好的發(fā)揮其對經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, economic transformation and development has become the mainstream of domestic economic development. Both the central government and local governments are strongly advocating the transformation of economic development from extensive to intensive. The government has realized that economic development can no longer take the path of high energy consumption and high pollution, but should improve efficiency and achieve low input and high output. In that case, what to rely on to achieve economic transformation and development will become the first problem to be solved. Conventional methods include technological progress and innovation. This paper takes Shanghai as an example to study the role of financial competitiveness in economic transformation and development. In order to analyze the role of financial competitiveness in the development of economic transformation, this paper first defines and explains the meaning of economic transformation and development, and holds that the development of economic transformation includes not only the improvement of economic growth rate, but also the optimization of industrial structure. Then it analyzes the mechanism of financial competitiveness to promote the economic transformation and development by improving the economic growth rate and optimizing the industrial structure, thus laying the theoretical foundation of this paper. Secondly, it analyzes the factors that affect Shanghai's financial competitiveness, and points out that there are three main factors, namely, financial environment, financial scale and financial efficiency. By synthesizing the above analysis, this paper constructs an index system that can accurately reflect Shanghai's financial competitiveness, and collects the data of related indexes, and uses principal component analysis to study the development of Shanghai's financial competitiveness. After analysis, found that Shanghai's financial competitiveness is gradually improved. Moreover, in terms of economic growth? Economic momentum? Four major aspects of economic development constraints and economic development achievements to build an evaluation index system reflecting the economic transformation and development of the region, through the way of experts scoring to determine their respective weights, and collect data to reflect the indicators, By studying the situation of economic transformation and development in this region, it is found that the index of economic transformation and development in the region as a whole shows a trend of growth, which means that the economic transformation and development have achieved remarkable results. Finally, two groups of data were tested by unit root test, and the two groups of data were obtained as one-order single-integer data. Using OLS estimation regression model, the residual error was tested, and the cointegration relationship between the two groups was confirmed. The cointegration equation and the error correction model are established to reflect the equilibrium relationship between them in the long term and in the short term, respectively. After the above theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper argues that there is a long-term and short-term equilibrium relationship between financial competitiveness and economic transformation and development, and the promotion of financial competitiveness can promote the development of economic transformation. Based on this conclusion and the experience of developed countries' economic transformation and development, this paper summarizes some policy suggestions to enhance Shanghai's financial competitiveness in order to play a better role in promoting the economic transformation and development.
