【摘要】：科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化是指由創(chuàng)新主體在運(yùn)用創(chuàng)新資源研究、試驗(yàn)所形成的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出基礎(chǔ)上,將這些創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出投入生產(chǎn)的過(guò)程�？萍汲晒D(zhuǎn)化具有復(fù)雜性、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性和市場(chǎng)性等特征�？萍汲晒D(zhuǎn)化意味著創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出形成實(shí)際創(chuàng)新價(jià)值的過(guò)程,若科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化能對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生正向促進(jìn)效應(yīng),則會(huì)帶來(lái)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的提高;若科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生了負(fù)向的影響,就會(huì)降低技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。我國(guó)的創(chuàng)新市場(chǎng)尚處于不成熟不完善狀態(tài),尤其是技術(shù)與創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品交易市場(chǎng),因此,通過(guò)提高科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化率來(lái)促進(jìn)我國(guó)各區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的提升,是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一條重要途徑。
[Abstract]:The transformation of scientific and technological achievements refers to the process of putting these innovative outputs into production on the basis of the innovative outputs formed by the research and experiment of innovative resources. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is characterized by complexity, risk and market. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements means the process of forming the actual innovation value of the innovation output. If the transformation of the scientific and technological achievements can produce a positive promoting effect on the economic growth, it will bring about the improvement of the technological innovation performance. If the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has a negative impact on economic growth, it will reduce the performance of technological innovation. The innovation market of our country is still in an immature and imperfect state, especially the market of technology and innovation products. Therefore, by increasing the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements, we can promote the improvement of technological innovation performance in various regions of our country. It is an important way to promote long-term sustainable development of economy.
