【摘要】：進(jìn)口中間品的貿(mào)易自由化對(duì)中國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生什么影響?本文將中間品進(jìn)口對(duì)我國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響歸結(jié)為貿(mào)易自由化激勵(lì)效應(yīng)、研發(fā)資本效應(yīng)和人力資本激勵(lì)效應(yīng),并借助國(guó)際RD溢出模型,將貿(mào)易自由化納入模型中,運(yùn)用我國(guó)1998-2012年的省際面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示:進(jìn)口中間投入品對(duì)我國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有明顯的促進(jìn)作用,中間品進(jìn)口每增加10%,中國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新提高1.6%;進(jìn)口中間品的貿(mào)易自由化每增加10%,中國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新將提高0.3%等。
[Abstract]:What is the impact of the trade liberalization of imported intermediates on China's technological innovation? In this paper, the influence of import of intermediate goods on technological innovation in China is reduced to the incentive effect of trade liberalization, the effect of R & D capital and the incentive effect of human capital, and with the help of international Rd spillover model, the trade liberalization is brought into the model. Using the interprovincial panel data from 1998 to 2012 in China to carry out relevant empirical test. The results show that the import of intermediate inputs can obviously promote China's technological innovation. With the increase of intermediate imports by 10 percent, China's technological innovation will increase by 1.6 percent, and China's technological innovation will be increased by 0.3 percent if the trade liberalization of import intermediates increases by 10 percent.
