【摘要】：正"十三五",把握經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的大趨勢,加大經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整力度,關(guān)鍵是以服務(wù)業(yè)市場開放為重點發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)。這既是適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型趨勢、轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵,又是下一步市場化改革的重大任務(wù)。一、服務(wù)業(yè)市場開放牽動影響轉(zhuǎn)型增長全局以往30多年的改革開放,由于抓住了工業(yè)化發(fā)展的重要
[Abstract]:In the 13th Five-Year Plan, the key to grasp the general trend of economic transformation and upgrade and intensify the adjustment of economic structure is to develop modern service industry with the emphasis on opening up the service market. This is not only the key to adapt to the trend of economic transformation, but also the major task of market-oriented reform. First, the opening up of the service market has affected the transition and growth. The reform and opening up of the past 30 years or so has taken hold of the importance of industrial development.
