【摘要】：基于生態(tài)承載力視角,以長三角—皖江城市帶為例,將生態(tài)承載壓力、生態(tài)承載彈力和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移流強度三者相結(jié)合,對長三角—皖江城市帶產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移進行了深入研究。研究表明,長三角產(chǎn)業(yè)大規(guī)模地向皖江城市帶轉(zhuǎn)移對皖江城市帶各承接區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境造成了嚴(yán)重威脅;皖江城市帶各承接區(qū)的生態(tài)承載壓力和生態(tài)承載彈力均具有不斷增強的趨勢;合肥應(yīng)當(dāng)有選擇地承接資源依賴型的產(chǎn)業(yè)入駐,馬鞍山應(yīng)當(dāng)有選擇地承接環(huán)境依賴型的產(chǎn)業(yè)入駐,皖江城市帶其他七個承接區(qū)均可以同時承接資源依賴型和環(huán)境依賴型的產(chǎn)業(yè)入駐,應(yīng)當(dāng)通過政策引導(dǎo)成為未來皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的重點地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of ecological carrying capacity, taking the Yangtze River Delta and Anhui River urban belt as an example, the paper makes a thorough study on the industrial transfer of the Yangtze River Delta and Anhui River urban belt by combining the ecological bearing pressure, the ecological carrying elasticity and the industrial transfer flow strength. The study shows that the large-scale transfer of the Yangtze River Delta industry to the urban belt of the Anhui River has posed a serious threat to the ecological environment of the various undertaking areas of the Yangtze River urban belt. The ecological bearing pressure and the ecological bearing elasticity of each undertaking area in the urban belt of Anhui River have the trend of increasing continuously, Hefei should have the selective acceptance of resource-dependent industries, and Ma'anshan should have the selective acceptance of environment-dependent industries. The other seven undertaking areas in Wanjiang urban belt can accept resource-dependent and environment-dependent industries at the same time, and should be the key areas for the industrial transfer in the future through policy guidance.
