【摘要】：第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平高低是衡量一個(gè)國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)程度的重要標(biāo)志。近幾年,河南省總產(chǎn)值全國排名前五位,但第三產(chǎn)業(yè)占GDP的比重卻倒數(shù)第一。利用《中國統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》和《河南省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》,采用顯示比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指標(biāo)分析方法,對(duì)河南省第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和競爭力狀況進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,從而得出河南省第三產(chǎn)業(yè)整體發(fā)展落后,但傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)競爭力卻高于全國水平,新興服務(wù)業(yè)競爭力低于全國水平的認(rèn)識(shí)和結(jié)論,這對(duì)從整體上了解河南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,進(jìn)而采取有效應(yīng)對(duì)措施提高河南省第三產(chǎn)業(yè)整體競爭力具有重要意義。要增強(qiáng)河南省第三產(chǎn)業(yè)整體競爭力,首先要明確第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)和任務(wù),擴(kuò)大第三產(chǎn)業(yè)總量,優(yōu)化第三產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu);其次是要完善市場體制,拓展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域;最后,是要提供一個(gè)有利于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The level of tertiary industry development is an important indicator to measure the economic development of a country and a region. In recent years, Henan Province ranks the top five in total output value, but the tertiary industry ranks last in GDP. By using the Statistical Yearbook of China and the Statistical Yearbook of Henan Province, this paper makes an empirical study on the development and competitiveness of the tertiary industry in Henan Province by using the index analysis method of showing comparative advantage. It is concluded that the overall development of the tertiary industry in Henan Province is backward, but the competitiveness of the traditional service industry is higher than the national level, and the competitiveness of the emerging service industry is lower than the national level. It is of great significance to take effective measures to improve the overall competitiveness of the tertiary industry in Henan Province. In order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the tertiary industry in Henan Province, first of all, it is necessary to make clear the objectives and tasks of the development of the tertiary industry, to expand the total amount of the tertiary industry, and to optimize the tertiary industry structure; secondly, to improve the market system and expand the field of tertiary industry development; and finally, Is to provide a favorable policy environment for the development of the tertiary industry.
