【摘要】：企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的快速增長(zhǎng)已構(gòu)成我國(guó)外經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展的重要因素,也將逐步影響國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的各個(gè)方面。本文研究我國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)投資的影響,首先通過(guò)理論機(jī)理將影響過(guò)程分解為資金轉(zhuǎn)移途徑和生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移途徑,并表明資金轉(zhuǎn)移途徑將擠出國(guó)內(nèi)投資,且這種效應(yīng)的強(qiáng)弱取決于金融發(fā)展程度;生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移途徑的影響則取決于投資動(dòng)機(jī),橫向動(dòng)機(jī)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資擠出了國(guó)內(nèi)投資,而縱向動(dòng)機(jī)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資則促進(jìn)了國(guó)內(nèi)投資。進(jìn)一步地,本文的實(shí)證研究表明我國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資在總體上能促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)投資,金融發(fā)展則在促進(jìn)過(guò)程中起到了催化劑的作用;更為深入地發(fā)現(xiàn)較小規(guī)模的企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資會(huì)擠出國(guó)內(nèi)投資,較大規(guī)模的企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資才能促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)投資,這是因?yàn)樯a(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移的正向效應(yīng)只有在企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資達(dá)到一定規(guī)模后才能顯現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The rapid growth of foreign direct investment (FDI) of enterprises has become an important factor in the development of China's foreign trade and will gradually affect all aspects of domestic economic development. This paper studies the influence of foreign direct investment (FDI) of Chinese enterprises on domestic investment. Firstly, the influence process is divided into capital transfer path and production transfer way through theoretical mechanism, and it shows that capital transfer channel will squeeze out domestic investment. The strength of this effect depends on the degree of financial development, and the influence of the way of production transfer depends on the motivation of investment. And the vertical motive enterprise outward direct investment has promoted the domestic investment. Further, the empirical study in this paper shows that OFDI of Chinese enterprises can promote domestic investment, while financial development plays a catalytic role in the promotion process. Find out more deeply that foreign direct investment of smaller enterprises will crowd out domestic investment, and that only foreign direct investment of larger enterprises can promote domestic investment. This is because the positive effect of production transfer can only be seen after the OFDI reaches a certain scale.
