【摘要】：伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展,生態(tài)環(huán)境問題日益成為人們關注的焦點和困擾人類社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的難題。改革開放以來,我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設雖然取得了一定的成就,但同時也付出了巨大的資源環(huán)境代價,生態(tài)環(huán)境問題成為當前制約我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的瓶頸。社會主義市場經(jīng)濟正處于逐步完善的過程之中,以市場經(jīng)濟的方式和理念強化對生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護成為可能的途徑之一。因此,研究面向市場經(jīng)濟條件下的生態(tài)文明建設問題具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文共分為六個部分：第一部分闡述了選題的背景及研究意義,并且概述了國內(nèi)外學者關于生態(tài)文明的學術文獻,介紹了研究方法及創(chuàng)新點。第二部分闡述了生態(tài)文明相關概念,生態(tài)文明的理論淵源,并提出我國生態(tài)文明建設的必要性和重要意義。第三部分從理論上簡單闡述了社會主義市場經(jīng)濟與生態(tài)文明建設之間相互促進、相互依存的辯證關系。第四部分闡述了我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟條件下生態(tài)文明建設所面臨的五個方面的挑戰(zhàn)。第五部分針對我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟條件下生態(tài)文明建設所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),有針對性的提出加強我國生態(tài)文明建設的對策建議。第六部分闡述了論文的主要結論,提出了論文的不足,并對下一步的研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the ecological environment has become the focus of attention and puzzling the sustainable development of human society. Since the reform and opening up, China's socialist modernization has made some achievements, but at the same time, it has also paid a huge cost of resources and environment. The ecological environment problem has become the bottleneck restricting the economic development of our country at present. The socialist market economy is in the process of being perfected step by step. It is possible to strengthen the protection of ecological environment by the way and idea of market economy. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the construction of ecological civilization under the condition of market economy. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part describes the background and significance of the topic, and summarizes the academic literature of domestic and foreign scholars on ecological civilization, and introduces the research methods and innovative points. The second part expounds the related concepts of ecological civilization, the theoretical origin of ecological civilization, and puts forward the necessity and significance of the construction of ecological civilization in China. The third part simply expounds the dialectical relationship between socialist market economy and ecological civilization construction. The fourth part expounds the five challenges faced by the construction of ecological civilization under the condition of socialist market economy in China. In the fifth part, aiming at the challenge of the construction of ecological civilization under the condition of socialist market economy, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization in China. The sixth part describes the main conclusions of the paper, puts forward the shortcomings of the paper, and prospects for the next research.
