【摘要】：以2000年與2010年廣東省人口普查為數(shù)據(jù)基礎,對廣東省域范圍內(nèi)縣級以上空間單元進行位序規(guī)模、空間自相關、產(chǎn)業(yè)構成相對多樣化與城市外向功能強度等量化分析,從空間結構與經(jīng)濟結構兩個方面論述巨型城市極化效應在廣東省域的影響研究結果顯示,人口的空間分布變化在一定程度上反映了廣東區(qū)域非均衡發(fā)展趨勢從主要產(chǎn)業(yè)部類來看,各產(chǎn)業(yè)尤其是制造業(yè)的溢出一擴散效應較弱,公共服務業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)出現(xiàn)了較為明顯的集聚現(xiàn)象珠三角的擴散效應缺失與極化效應凸顯,進一步表現(xiàn)為城市外向功能強度與產(chǎn)業(yè)相對多樣化水平以珠三角為中心表現(xiàn)出較強的遞增趨勢,同時粵北地區(qū)的劣勢最為突出在廣東省域近期區(qū)域發(fā)展政策的基礎上,結合粵北地區(qū)人口流動的調(diào)研訪談,研究提出重點依托珠三角南北向主軸向北輻射粵北地區(qū),將區(qū)域外部問題內(nèi)部化,實現(xiàn)廣東省域中、東、西三片區(qū)域再平衡的城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Based on the population census of Guangdong Province in 2000 and 2010, a quantitative analysis of the spatial units above the county level in Guangdong Province was carried out, such as order scale, spatial autocorrelation, relative diversity of industrial composition and the intensity of urban outward function, etc. From two aspects of spatial structure and economic structure, the paper discusses the influence of polarization effect of megacities in Guangdong Province. To some extent, the spatial distribution of population reflects the trend of non-equilibrium development in Guangdong. The spillover diffusion effect of various industries, especially the manufacturing industry, is weak. There are obvious agglomeration phenomena in public service industry and producer service industry, the diffusion effect of the Pearl River Delta is missing and the polarization effect is prominent. It shows that the intensity of urban outward function and the relative diversification level of industry show a strong increasing trend with the Pearl River Delta as the center, and the disadvantage in the north of Guangdong is most prominent on the basis of the recent regional development policy in Guangdong Province. Based on the investigation and interview of population mobility in the north of Guangdong province, the paper puts forward the urbanization strategy of rebalancing the three regions in Guangdong province, namely, relying on the north and south direction of the Pearl River Delta to radiate the north Guangdong region, internalizing the external problems of the region and realizing the rebalance of the three regions in Guangdong Province.
