【摘要】：如今,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及氣候環(huán)境問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為世界各國(guó)的爭(zhēng)論焦點(diǎn),氣候的變暖導(dǎo)致各種自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā),已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響到人類的生存,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境污染如何協(xié)調(diào)共同發(fā)展成為了新的主流問(wèn)題。低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的宗旨是降低能耗、減少能源強(qiáng)度、減少溫室氣體二氧化碳的排放,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)、綠色健康的發(fā)展。低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)已然變成了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然選擇與必經(jīng)之路,同時(shí)也是增強(qiáng)貿(mào)易出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要方式。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái),中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展可以說(shuō)是日新月異飛速發(fā)展。貿(mào)易出口總額由上個(gè)世紀(jì)的90年代的初期62019百萬(wàn)美元快速增長(zhǎng)到了2013年末的2209004百萬(wàn)美元,再短短的20年中,其貿(mào)易出口總額已經(jīng)增長(zhǎng)了35倍之多。但是值得深思的是,雖然中國(guó)貿(mào)易出口總額有著“量”的飛躍,但是其中的“質(zhì)”的方面仍有許多不足。歐美等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家所施行的碳關(guān)稅以及綠色貿(mào)易壁壘等政策將對(duì)世界貿(mào)易格局產(chǎn)生影響,低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì)。本文首先介紹低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念以及內(nèi)涵,然后介紹了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)體系的建立以及指標(biāo)的選取,接著簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易影響的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制；第二部分介紹了我國(guó)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及不足之處,接著描述了我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段出口貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀；第三部分則使用主成分分析法測(cè)量了我國(guó)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平；第四部分建立VAR模型來(lái)分析低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)與出口貿(mào)易之間的影響關(guān)系；最后一部分為本文的建議部分。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, economic development and climate and environmental issues have become the focus of controversy around the world. Climate warming has caused a variety of natural disasters, which have seriously affected the survival of human beings. How to coordinate economic development and environmental pollution has become a new mainstream problem. The aim of low-carbon economy development is to reduce energy consumption, reduce energy intensity, reduce greenhouse gas carbon dioxide emissions, and ultimately achieve sustainable and healthy economic development. Low-carbon economy has become the inevitable choice and the only way for the development of the world economy, and it is also an important way to enhance the competitiveness of trade exports. Since entering the new century, China's economic development can be said to be rapid development with each passing day. Total trade exports surged from $62019 million in the early 1990s to $2209004 million at the end of 2013. In just 20 years, total trade exports have risen 35 times. But it is worth pondering that, although China's total trade export has a leap of "quantity", there are still many deficiencies in "quality". The policies of developed countries such as Europe and the United States on developing countries such as carbon tariffs and green trade barriers will have an impact on the world trade pattern. Low-carbon economy has become a major trend of economic development. This paper first introduces the concept and connotation of low-carbon economy, then introduces the establishment of low-carbon economy evaluation system and the selection of indicators, and then briefly explains the transmission mechanism of the impact of low-carbon economy on China's export trade. The second part introduces the current situation and shortcomings of China's low-carbon economy, then describes the current situation of China's export trade at this stage, the third part uses principal component analysis to measure the development level of China's low-carbon economy. The fourth part establishes VAR model to analyze the relationship between low-carbon economy and export trade, and the last part is the suggestion part of this paper.
