【摘要】：自上世紀90年代以來,伴隨全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整與國際分工的不斷推進,物流業(yè)已經(jīng)逐步取代制造業(yè)成為外商直接投資領域的新熱點。作為服務業(yè)外商直接投資領域中重要課題的物流業(yè)FDI研究,它代表著外商直接投資理論的研究重點由第二產(chǎn)業(yè)向第三產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的新發(fā)展動向。中國物流業(yè)在吸收FDI方面呈現(xiàn)出快速增長態(tài)勢,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)被視為國民經(jīng)濟基礎性產(chǎn)業(yè)和騰飛動脈,它的發(fā)展水平在衡量國家現(xiàn)代化程度和綜合國力方面起到了重要作用。與之相適應,自中國——東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)建成后“零關稅”時代的到來,廣西物流業(yè)也呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,通過近二十年的重視與支持現(xiàn)已取得了階段性的成果,尤其是在政策引導與優(yōu)化外商直接投資環(huán)境方面重點突破,使得區(qū)內(nèi)物流業(yè)外商直接投資的數(shù)額逐年上升,在推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方面起到了一定的促進作用。而一個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程同時也是其產(chǎn)業(yè)結構不斷調(diào)整優(yōu)化升級的過程,各方學者一直在試圖探究各種影響因素如何更有效地促進廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級作為研究的重要課題。據(jù)此,本文試圖將兩者結合,探究物流業(yè)外商直接投資對廣西相關產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響和對其產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的效應分析,在探討作用機理與路徑的過程中針對存在的問題提出相應的優(yōu)化對策建議。 本文以推進廣西物流產(chǎn)業(yè)和其他相關產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展以及整體產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級為目的,首先對總結整理了國內(nèi)外學者對此課題的相關理論研究綜述并進行簡單述評,并在分類歸納理論概述的前提下說明了物流業(yè)外商直接投資在產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整中發(fā)揮的重要作用。其次,從分析廣西物流業(yè)發(fā)展、物流業(yè)FDI利用與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過將相關數(shù)據(jù)進行縱向、橫向?qū)Ρ蕊@示出,廣西物流業(yè)FDI數(shù)額逐年增長,數(shù)額總量占比相對較小但發(fā)展空間大,產(chǎn)業(yè)結構逐步升級,定性分析了物流業(yè)外商直接投資可能對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整的作用路徑與效應分析。在理論分析的基礎上,通過構建計量模型,實證廣西物流業(yè)FDI對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級的效果評價,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的物流業(yè)規(guī)模偏小以及其影響存在滯后情況等問題,且通過進一步基于面板數(shù)據(jù)的全國各省市利用物流FDI促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化DEA效率對比,對廣西物流業(yè)FDI的利用進行優(yōu)勢借鑒、劣勢彌補分析；最后,針對以上研究綜合性的提出了有效利用物流產(chǎn)業(yè)外商直接投資進一步發(fā)展區(qū)內(nèi)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)、壯大規(guī)模并促使產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級的建議對策,爭取實現(xiàn)廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)結構可持續(xù)發(fā)展,力爭促進廣西經(jīng)濟又快又好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the logistics industry has gradually replaced the manufacturing industry as a new hot spot in the field of foreign direct investment (FDI) with the continuous promotion of the global industrial structure adjustment and the international division of labor. As an important subject in the field of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the service industry, the research on FDI represents the new development trend of the research emphasis of FDI theory from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry. The logistics industry in China has shown a rapid growth trend in absorbing FDI. The logistics industry is regarded as the basic industry of the national economy and the artery of take-off. Its development level plays an important role in measuring the degree of national modernization and the comprehensive national strength. Accordingly, with the advent of the era of "zero tariff" after the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, Guangxi logistics industry has also shown a vigorous development trend. Through the nearly 20 years of attention and support, it has now achieved a phased result. Especially in the policy guidance and optimization of the foreign direct investment environment, the amount of foreign direct investment in the logistics industry in the region has increased year by year, which has played a certain role in promoting the regional economic development. At the same time, the process of regional economic development is also the process of continuous adjustment and optimization of industrial structure. Scholars have been trying to explore how to promote the upgrading of Guangxi industrial structure more effectively. On the basis of this, this paper tries to combine the two to explore the impact of foreign direct investment in logistics industry on Guangxi's related industries and the analysis of the effects on its industrial structure. In the process of discussing the mechanism and path of action, the corresponding optimization countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems. In order to promote the development of Guangxi logistics industry and other related industries as well as the optimization and upgrading of the overall industrial structure, this paper first summarizes and summarizes the relevant theoretical studies of domestic and foreign scholars on this subject and makes a simple review. On the premise of summarizing the classification theory, this paper explains the important role of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the adjustment of industrial structure. Secondly, from the analysis of Guangxi logistics industry development, logistics industry FDI utilization and industrial structure development status, through the relevant data vertical, horizontal comparison shows that Guangxi logistics industry FDI volume increases year by year. The amount of total amount is relatively small, but the development space is large, the industrial structure is upgraded step by step, the qualitative analysis of the logistics industry foreign direct investment on the industrial structure adjustment of the action path and effect analysis. On the basis of theoretical analysis, through the construction of econometric model, this paper empirically evaluates the effect of FDI on the upgrading of industrial structure in Guangxi logistics industry, and finds that the scale of logistics industry is small and the influence of logistics industry is lagging behind. And through the further use of panel data of provinces and cities across the country using logistics FDI to promote industrial structure optimization of DEA efficiency comparison, Guangxi logistics industry FDI use for reference, disadvantage compensation analysis; finally, In view of the above research, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively utilize foreign direct investment in logistics industry to further develop the logistics industry in the region, expand the scale and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, and strive to realize the sustainable development of Guangxi's industrial structure. Strive to promote the rapid and good economic development of Guangxi.
