【摘要】：港口物流發(fā)展與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的動態(tài)匹配和協(xié)同是區(qū)域發(fā)展客觀規(guī)律的要求。隨著區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和競爭不斷的提高，港口物流與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同發(fā)展的需求性不斷增強(qiáng)。但是目前港口物流與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究中，對港口物流與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的定量研究較少。本文在協(xié)同理論的基礎(chǔ)上對青島港港口物流與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的定量分析，一方面對港口物流與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同研究具有重要的理論實踐意義；另一方面有助于增強(qiáng)青島港與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體競爭力。 協(xié)同理論是研究協(xié)同的復(fù)合系統(tǒng)從無序演化到有序的新興的綜合學(xué)科，為本文港口物流與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展研究提供了極具價值的啟示。論文的研究從協(xié)同理論在物流領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀以及港口與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的研究綜述開始，，借鑒協(xié)同學(xué)理論的研究方法與思想成果，對港口物流與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行界定；確定序參量指標(biāo)提取范圍并構(gòu)建協(xié)同度評價指標(biāo)體系；最后建立協(xié)同評價模型，由這些內(nèi)容造成了港口物流與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)協(xié)同研究的理論框架。 在實證研究方面，本文主要由青島港與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的動態(tài)關(guān)系和協(xié)同性實證分析兩部分。利用計量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型對青島港與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)動態(tài)關(guān)系分析得出：青島港與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)有長期相關(guān)關(guān)系，并且青島港與山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展互為格蘭杰因果關(guān)系，兩者有雙向的互動關(guān)系；而青島港發(fā)展對港口城市青島市經(jīng)濟(jì)有明顯的單向帶動作用。兩個子系統(tǒng)動態(tài)關(guān)系分析為協(xié)同性定量分析提供了理論前提，利用協(xié)同度模型并結(jié)合協(xié)同度等級劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對青島港分別與青島市和山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同度進(jìn)行實證研究，把青島港與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同度劃分為四個時期：低度協(xié)同、中度協(xié)同、高度協(xié)同和極度協(xié)同。另外，從兩個子系統(tǒng)及其內(nèi)部序參量兩個方面的貢獻(xiàn)度對總體系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同發(fā)展水平的變化進(jìn)行分析。最后，根據(jù)實證結(jié)果深入探討序參量對港口物流與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的影響和改進(jìn)。 在實證的基礎(chǔ)上，本文對青島港與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展提出具體的改進(jìn)策略：首先,要建立由政府主導(dǎo)并且能發(fā)揮市場的調(diào)節(jié)作用，以港口企業(yè)為主體的協(xié)同發(fā)展框架；其次，創(chuàng)造以加大青島港投資規(guī)模、完善港口-腹地物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及構(gòu)建港口物流信息平臺為主的協(xié)同發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)條件；最后指出協(xié)同發(fā)展的動力是港口吞吐量與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The dynamic matching and coordination between port logistics development and hinterland economic level is the requirement of the objective law of regional development. With the development of inter-regional economy and the improvement of competition, the demand for the coordinated development of port logistics and hinterland economy is increasing. However, there are few quantitative studies on the coordinated development of port logistics and hinterland economy in the present study of port logistics and hinterland economy. On the basis of coordination theory, this paper makes a systematic quantitative analysis on the coordinated development of port logistics and hinterland economy in Qingdao Port. On the one hand, it has an important theoretical and practical significance for the research of cooperation between port logistics and hinterland economy. On the other hand, it helps to strengthen the overall competitiveness of Qingdao port and hinterland economy. Synergetic theory is a new comprehensive subject which studies the complex system of coordination from disorder to order. It provides valuable inspiration for the study of port logistics and economic coordination in hinterland. The research of this paper begins with the current situation of synergy theory in the field of logistics and the summary of research on the economic relationship between port and hinterland, and defines port logistics and hinterland economic system by referring to the research methods and ideological achievements of synergy theory. Finally, the cooperative evaluation model is established, which results in the theoretical framework of the cooperation research between port logistics and hinterland economic system. In the aspect of empirical research, this paper mainly consists of two parts: the dynamic relationship between Qingdao port and hinterland economy and the synergetic empirical analysis. The econometric model is used to analyze the economic dynamic relationship between Qingdao port and hinterland. It is concluded that there is a long-term correlation between Qingdao port and hinterland economy, and the economic development of Qingdao Port and Shandong Province is Granger causality, and there is a two-way interactive relationship between them. The development of Qingdao Port has an obvious one-way driving effect on the economy of the port city of Qingdao. The dynamic relationship analysis of the two subsystems provides a theoretical premise for the collaborative quantitative analysis. By using the synergy model and the criterion of the degree of synergy, the paper makes an empirical study on the synergy between Qingdao Port and the economy of Qingdao and Shandong Province. The degree of coordination between Qingdao Port and hinterland economy is divided into four periods: low coordination, moderate coordination, high synergy and extreme coordination. In addition, the contribution of the two subsystems and their internal order parameters is analyzed to analyze the variation of the cooperative development level of the overall system. Finally, based on the empirical results, the influence and improvement of order parameters on the coordinated development of port logistics and hinterland economy are discussed. On the basis of empirical evidence, this paper puts forward specific improvement strategies for the coordinated development of Qingdao port and hinterland economy. Firstly, it is necessary to establish a cooperative development framework, which is dominated by the government and can play a regulatory role in the market, with port enterprises as the main body. Finally, it is pointed out that the power of cooperative development is the continuous development of port throughput and hinterland economy.
