【摘要】：河北省資源豐厚，勞動(dòng)力價(jià)格低廉，市場(chǎng)前景廣闊。隨著對(duì)外資開放日益擴(kuò)大和相關(guān)法律的逐漸完善，河北省越來(lái)越積極地吸引外商投資。所以目前我們面對(duì)的一個(gè)很有意義的問(wèn)題就是日益增長(zhǎng)的FDI將對(duì)河北省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響？因此，我們有必要深入研究FDI與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的關(guān)系，分析FDI對(duì)河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。這些將對(duì)河北省政府制定正確的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策，促進(jìn)河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)，，具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。 產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素有很多，如供給因素、需求因素、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、國(guó)際投資等，在這些因素中，本文選取了外商直接投資這一影響因素。本文介紹了相關(guān)研究的實(shí)際意義與理論意義，綜述了FDI與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整關(guān)系的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。界定了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變規(guī)律、FDI等相關(guān)概念。以FDI對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響為研究切入點(diǎn)，從理論上分析了FDI對(duì)東道國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)的影響。從河北省實(shí)際出發(fā)，梳理了改革開放30年來(lái)FDI在河北省的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀和前景，利用大量圖表描述了河北省FDI在三大產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)間的構(gòu)成。建立計(jì)量模型，從實(shí)證角度測(cè)算了FDI對(duì)河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整效應(yīng)。同時(shí)又對(duì)FDI對(duì)河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進(jìn)行了具體分析，指出了FDI給河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)帶來(lái)的積極影響和消極影響。并且通過(guò)以上研究得出結(jié)論，為利用FDI促進(jìn)河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)建言建策。
[Abstract]:Hebei Province has rich resources, low labor prices and broad market prospects. With the increasing opening to foreign investment and the improvement of relevant laws, Hebei Province is more and more active in attracting foreign investment. So at present we are faced with a very meaningful question is the growing FDI will have an impact on the industrial structure of Hebei Province. Therefore, it is necessary for us to deeply study the relationship between FDI and the development of industrial structure and analyze the influence of FDI on the industrial structure of Hebei Province. These will be of great significance for Hebei Provincial Government to formulate correct industrial development policies and to promote the optimization and upgrading of Hebei's industrial structure. There are many factors influencing industrial structure, such as supply factor, demand factor, international trade, international investment and so on. This paper introduces the practical and theoretical significance of related research, and summarizes the research status of the relationship between FDI and industrial structure adjustment at home and abroad. Define the industrial structure and the evolution of industrial structure, FDI and other related concepts. Based on the effect of FDI on industrial structure, this paper theoretically analyzes the influence of FDI on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in host country. Starting from the reality of Hebei Province, this paper combs the development course, present situation and prospect of FDI in Hebei Province during the past 30 years of reform and opening up, and describes the composition of FDI in the three industrial structures of Hebei Province by using a large number of charts. An econometric model is established to measure the effect of FDI on the optimization and adjustment of Hebei's industrial structure from an empirical point of view. At the same time, the influence of FDI on Hebei's industrial structure is analyzed, and the positive and negative effects of FDI on Hebei's industrial structure are pointed out. And through the above research conclusions, for the use of FDI to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei Province.
