【摘要】：河北省資源豐厚，勞動力價格低廉，市場前景廣闊。隨著對外資開放日益擴大和相關(guān)法律的逐漸完善，河北省越來越積極地吸引外商投資。所以目前我們面對的一個很有意義的問題就是日益增長的FDI將對河北省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響？因此，我們有必要深入研究FDI與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的關(guān)系，分析FDI對河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。這些將對河北省政府制定正確的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策，促進河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級，，具有重要的指導意義。 產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素有很多，如供給因素、需求因素、國際貿(mào)易、國際投資等，在這些因素中，本文選取了外商直接投資這一影響因素。本文介紹了相關(guān)研究的實際意義與理論意義，綜述了FDI與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整關(guān)系的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。界定了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變規(guī)律、FDI等相關(guān)概念。以FDI對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響為研究切入點，從理論上分析了FDI對東道國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的影響。從河北省實際出發(fā)，梳理了改革開放30年來FDI在河北省的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀和前景，利用大量圖表描述了河北省FDI在三大產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)間的構(gòu)成。建立計量模型，從實證角度測算了FDI對河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整效應。同時又對FDI對河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進行了具體分析，指出了FDI給河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)帶來的積極影響和消極影響。并且通過以上研究得出結(jié)論，為利用FDI促進河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級建言建策。
[Abstract]:Hebei Province has rich resources, low labor prices and broad market prospects. With the increasing opening to foreign investment and the improvement of relevant laws, Hebei Province is more and more active in attracting foreign investment. So at present we are faced with a very meaningful question is the growing FDI will have an impact on the industrial structure of Hebei Province. Therefore, it is necessary for us to deeply study the relationship between FDI and the development of industrial structure and analyze the influence of FDI on the industrial structure of Hebei Province. These will be of great significance for Hebei Provincial Government to formulate correct industrial development policies and to promote the optimization and upgrading of Hebei's industrial structure. There are many factors influencing industrial structure, such as supply factor, demand factor, international trade, international investment and so on. This paper introduces the practical and theoretical significance of related research, and summarizes the research status of the relationship between FDI and industrial structure adjustment at home and abroad. Define the industrial structure and the evolution of industrial structure, FDI and other related concepts. Based on the effect of FDI on industrial structure, this paper theoretically analyzes the influence of FDI on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in host country. Starting from the reality of Hebei Province, this paper combs the development course, present situation and prospect of FDI in Hebei Province during the past 30 years of reform and opening up, and describes the composition of FDI in the three industrial structures of Hebei Province by using a large number of charts. An econometric model is established to measure the effect of FDI on the optimization and adjustment of Hebei's industrial structure from an empirical point of view. At the same time, the influence of FDI on Hebei's industrial structure is analyzed, and the positive and negative effects of FDI on Hebei's industrial structure are pointed out. And through the above research conclusions, for the use of FDI to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei Province.
