【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的不斷推進(jìn),作為新興發(fā)展中的經(jīng)濟(jì)體,中國、巴西、俄羅斯、印度和南非組成的“金磚五國”通過“金磚”合作機(jī)制,向世人展示了新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體合作、對話及訴求表達(dá)的新平臺,創(chuàng)造了國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的新模式,同時在后危機(jī)時期,對全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇做出了不可忽視的貢獻(xiàn)�！敖鸫u”國家對原材料、勞動力、技術(shù)、資金等方面存在的供求關(guān)系表明在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面是高度互補(bǔ)的,而這種經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性也正是經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的基礎(chǔ)和條件,目前“金磚”國家在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域合作方面還存在很多困難,合作模式的創(chuàng)新和豐富也面臨很大挑戰(zhàn),如果五國能夠很好地利用經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性加強(qiáng)相互間的合作,不僅能夠極大地推動“金磚”國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,也會對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生巨大的積極影響。因此“金磚五國”經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性是一個值得研究的課題,通過對其深度挖掘和總結(jié)有利于“金磚”各國進(jìn)一步發(fā)展貿(mào)易合作,對完善市場機(jī)制、增強(qiáng)整體競爭力、推動五國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和區(qū)域合作也具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文運(yùn)用描述性統(tǒng)計分析、定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合的方法,以及指標(biāo)體系對比分析等實(shí)證分析方法,并結(jié)合比較優(yōu)勢理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化等理論,對“金磚五國”經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性問題進(jìn)行了深度研究。全文共分四個部分進(jìn)行闡述,第一部分介紹了本文的選題背景及意義、相關(guān)理論及國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述、文章結(jié)構(gòu)框架、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新與不足等；第二部分通過資源互補(bǔ)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)互補(bǔ)、經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)能力和創(chuàng)新性互補(bǔ)以及貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)四方面對“金磚五國”的經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性進(jìn)行分析,使五國在今后的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中更好的利用這些互補(bǔ)性進(jìn)行合作；第三部分突出對“金磚”國家包括合作潛力在內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作前景的展望,及未來會面臨的一些挑戰(zhàn)；第四部分重點(diǎn)分析“金磚五國”未來經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的戰(zhàn)略措施及未來經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的模式選擇。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于本文將落腳點(diǎn)放在金磚五國最新發(fā)展的過程中體現(xiàn)出的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系,嘗試對金磚五國的經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性深入探析,對現(xiàn)有的“金磚四國”的研究進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充；其次,本文立足“金磚五國”全局,突破了一般意義上的只研究中國與其他“金磚”國家雙邊之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系與合作,在“金磚五國”為代表的新興市場崛起的大環(huán)境下,將中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長同其結(jié)合在一起,使之更具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 通過分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)“金磚”國家在經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)合作方面具有較大的潛力,經(jīng)貿(mào)合作具體內(nèi)容以及經(jīng)濟(jì)合作模式進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化空間很大,通過加強(qiáng)互補(bǔ)性合作,“金磚”國家有望從目前建立在經(jīng)濟(jì)利益上的較為松散的聯(lián)盟發(fā)展為具有雄厚實(shí)力的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟。
[Abstract]:As economic globalization and regional economic integration continue to advance, as emerging developing economies, China, Brazil, Russia, India and South Africa, the "BRICS" five countries through the "BRICS" cooperation mechanism, It shows the new platform for emerging economies to cooperate, dialogue and demand expression, creates a new model of international economic cooperation, and makes an important contribution to the global economic recovery in the post-crisis period. The supply and demand relationship between the "BRICS" countries in raw materials, labor, technology, capital and so on shows that they are highly complementary in economic terms, and this kind of economic complementarity is also the foundation and condition of economic cooperation. At present, there are still many difficulties in economic cooperation among the BRICS countries, and the innovation and enrichment of cooperation models are also facing great challenges. If the five countries can make good use of economic complementarities to strengthen their cooperation, It will not only greatly promote the economic development of BRICS countries, but also have a huge positive impact on the world economy. Therefore, the economic complementarity of the "BRICS" economies is a topic worthy of study. It is beneficial for the BRICS countries to further develop trade cooperation, perfect the market mechanism, and enhance their overall competitiveness by digging and summing up their economic complementarities. It is also of theoretical and practical significance to promote economic development and regional cooperation among the five countries. This paper uses the methods of descriptive statistical analysis, qualitative research and quantitative analysis, as well as comparative analysis of index system, combined with comparative advantage theory, industrial structure theory, regional economic integration theory, etc. This paper makes an in-depth study on the economic complementarity of the BRICS. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background and significance of this paper, the related theory and literature review, the structure of the article, research methods, innovation and insufficiency. This paper analyzes the economic complementarities of the BRICS countries from the four aspects of complementary industrial structure, economic and technological capacity and innovation, as well as trade complementarity, so as to make the five countries make better use of these complementarities in their economic development in the future. The third part highlights the prospect of the BRICS countries' economic cooperation, including the potential for cooperation, and some challenges to be faced in the future. The fourth part focuses on the strategic measures of BRICS economic cooperation in the future and the choice of future economic cooperation model. The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that this paper puts its foothold in the economic relations embodied in the process of the latest development of the BRICS countries, and attempts to make a systematic and in-depth analysis of the economic complementarities of the BRICS countries. Secondly, based on the overall situation of the "BRICS" countries, this paper breaks through the study of the economic relations and cooperation between China and other BRICS countries in the general sense. In the emerging market rising environment represented by BRICS, China's economic growth is combined with it to make it more realistic. Through analysis, this paper finds that BRICS countries have great potential in economic complementary cooperation, and there is great room for further optimization of economic and trade cooperation and economic cooperation mode, and through strengthening complementary cooperation, The BRICS are expected to move from looser alliances now based on economic interests to strong economic alliances.
