【摘要】：在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展動(dòng)蕩的現(xiàn)時(shí)代,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)條件已經(jīng)發(fā)生了根本的改變,資源約束增強(qiáng),需求支撐條件減弱,潛在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率處于下降趨勢(shì),國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)需求短期難以大幅提升,投資需求刺激空間縮小。我國(guó)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新階段。這個(gè)階段更加強(qiáng)調(diào)質(zhì)量和效益,注重經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量,關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。為此,未來(lái)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在保持一定增長(zhǎng)速度的同時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度會(huì)有放緩趨勢(shì)。增速中長(zhǎng)期放緩不僅有利于結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和全面深化改革,而且能為整體經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)化提供空間和時(shí)間,使結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整會(huì)有較大的余地,能為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)一步平衡和深化改革提供穩(wěn)定的外部環(huán)境,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力能夠進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng),這對(duì)于保持我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)長(zhǎng)期持續(xù)健康發(fā)展有促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In the present era of turbulent world economic development, the realistic conditions facing China's economic growth have undergone fundamental changes, resource constraints have been strengthened, demand support conditions have weakened, and the potential economic growth rate is in a downward trend. Domestic consumer demand is difficult to improve significantly in the short term, investment demand stimulus space shrinks. China has entered a new stage of economic development. This stage emphasizes more quality and benefit, pays attention to the quality of economic development, pays close attention to the optimization of economic structure. Therefore, in the future, China's economy will slow down while maintaining a certain growth rate. The medium- and long-term slowdown in the growth rate will not only be conducive to structural adjustment and comprehensive deepening of reform, but will also provide space and time for optimizing the overall economy, so that there will be more room for structural adjustment. It can provide a stable external environment for the further balance and deepening of economic development, and the motive force of economic growth can be further strengthened, which will promote the sustained and healthy development of our country's economy and society for a long time.
