【摘要】:改革開放多年以來,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長仍然一直是靠政府投資來推動的,而消費(fèi)在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)中的占比一直不高。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,這種投資推動經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的模式逐漸顯露其不足,消費(fèi)不足已嚴(yán)重制約了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康和快速發(fā)展。我國農(nóng)村消費(fèi)市場巨大,而多年來卻一直沒得到重視,目前,農(nóng)村消費(fèi)不足已成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重大問題之一,并嚴(yán)重影響了以啟動經(jīng)濟(jì)為目標(biāo)的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的效果。 由于我國地域廣闊,各個地區(qū)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)和增長速度的不同,導(dǎo)致各個地區(qū)發(fā)展的不平衡。農(nóng)村消費(fèi)的差異性與我國近些年提出的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)性發(fā)展和居民生活水平的全面提高是不相一致的,影響了全國政策的推進(jìn)和實(shí)施,并阻礙了經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 本文首先回顧梳理了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),通過對當(dāng)前研究成果的歸納總結(jié)與分析,確定本文的研究主題為我國農(nóng)村消費(fèi)的區(qū)域性差異對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響。接著,本文對居民消費(fèi)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長及其兩者關(guān)系的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行回顧,并對農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的機(jī)理進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。再次,對我國農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,從消費(fèi)水平、消費(fèi)規(guī)模和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)三個層面對農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計分析,從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)兩個層面對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計分析,以客觀了解目前我國農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的現(xiàn)狀。隨后,從理論角度和實(shí)證角度對我國農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)區(qū)域性差異的影響因素進(jìn)行探究。對前人的相關(guān)成果進(jìn)行歸納分類,給出了農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)的影響因素,并對各因素進(jìn)行了定量分析。接著運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,分別采用誤差修正模型和協(xié)整檢驗(yàn),從農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)水平和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)兩個層面對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的長短期促進(jìn)作用進(jìn)行了定量測算。考慮到東中西三大地區(qū)之間的空間差異,除了全國的整體情況,更為具體地測算了不同區(qū)域農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用。 最后,結(jié)合實(shí)證結(jié)果,分中,東,西三個地區(qū),從以下四個角度提出了幾點(diǎn)政策建議。一,培育消費(fèi)觀念;二、調(diào)整農(nóng)村消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu);三、建設(shè)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)環(huán)境;四、制定差異化消費(fèi)政策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for many years, the economic growth of our country is still driven by the government investment, but the proportion of consumption in our economy is not high all the time. With the continuous development of economy, this pattern of investment to promote economic growth has gradually revealed its shortcomings, and insufficient consumption has seriously restricted the healthy and rapid development of our economy. The rural consumption market in our country is huge, but it has not been paid attention to for many years. At present, the shortage of rural consumption has become one of the major problems in the coordinated development of our country's economy and society. And has seriously affected the macroeconomic policy effect which starts the economy as the goal. Because of the wide area of our country and the difference of the development foundation and growth speed of each region, the development of each region is unbalanced. The difference of rural consumption is inconsistent with the coordinated development of regional economy and the overall improvement of residents' living standard, which affects the promotion and implementation of national policies and hinders the overall and coordinated development of the economy. This paper reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad, through the summary and analysis of current research results, determines that the theme of this study is the impact of regional differences in rural consumption on economic growth in China. Then, this paper reviews the connotation of resident consumption, economic growth and their relationship, and analyzes in detail the mechanism of rural residents' consumption to promote economic growth. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the current situation of rural residents' consumption and economic growth in China, and makes a descriptive statistical analysis of rural residents' consumption from three aspects: consumption level, consumption scale and consumption structure. This paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of economic growth from the two aspects of economic development level and industrial structure in order to objectively understand the current situation of rural residents' consumption and economic growth in China. Then, from the theoretical and empirical point of view, the paper explores the factors affecting the regional differences of rural residents' consumption. The related achievements of predecessors are summarized and classified, the influencing factors of rural residents' consumption are given, and the factors are analyzed quantitatively. Then, using panel data model, error correction model and cointegration test are used to measure quantitatively the long-term and short-term promotion effects of economic development and industrial structure adjustment from two aspects of rural residents' consumption level and consumption structure. Taking into account the spatial difference among the three major regions of East and West, in addition to the overall situation of the whole country, the paper calculates more concretely the promoting effect of rural residents' consumption on economic growth in different regions. Finally, according to the empirical results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the following four angles: middle, east and west. First, cultivate consumption concept; second, adjust rural consumption structure; third, build rural consumption environment; fourth, formulate differentiated consumption policy.
