【摘要】：載體建設(shè)是發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟的抓手,把握和研究海洋經(jīng)濟載體具有現(xiàn)實意義。海洋經(jīng)濟載體具有涉海性、多樣性和承載性等特點,江蘇大豐在培育海洋經(jīng)濟載體過程中走出了"觀光旅游與科教城"相結(jié)合建設(shè)海港新城、"海洋特色工業(yè)園區(qū)與合作共建"相結(jié)合發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)、"產(chǎn)業(yè)港與臨港工業(yè)"相結(jié)合大力發(fā)展港口、"科技與金融平臺融合建設(shè)"共促生產(chǎn)要素集聚等獨具特色的海洋經(jīng)濟載體發(fā)展模式。江蘇在進一步推進海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中,要緊抓港口、港城、園區(qū)及各類要素平臺等載體建設(shè),使海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展成為江蘇經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展的新引擎。
[Abstract]:Carrier construction is the grasp of the development of marine economy. It is of practical significance to grasp and study the carrier of marine economy. Marine economic carriers are characterized by ocean involvement, diversity and bearing capacity. In the process of cultivating the carrier of marine economy, Jiangsu Dafeng has stepped out of the combination of "sightseeing tourism and science and education city" to construct a new port city, "marine characteristic industrial park and cooperative construction" to develop industrial park, "industrial port and port industry" The combination of industry and development of ports, the integration of science and technology and financial platform, and the integration of production factors and other unique marine economic carrier development mode. In the process of further promoting the development of marine economy, Jiangsu should pay close attention to the carrier construction of ports, port cities, parks and all kinds of element platforms, so that the development of marine economy will become a new engine of Jiangsu's rapid economic development.
