【摘要】：區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展的不平衡是許多國家在經濟發(fā)展中所要面臨的問題，我國也不例外，經濟發(fā)展長期處于不平衡狀態(tài)，，特別是少數(shù)民族聚居區(qū)的經濟發(fā)展和漢族聚居區(qū)還有不少差距。這種狀況不僅會影響社會的穩(wěn)定，而且還會阻礙經濟長期均衡發(fā)展。中國是個大國，資源稟賦差異巨大，在目前國際市場萎縮，中央政府積極倡導發(fā)展國內區(qū)際貿易，調整產業(yè)結構的形式下，本文以區(qū)際貿易對產業(yè)結構的影響為基點來探討少數(shù)民族聚居區(qū)的經濟發(fā)展，對于縮小少數(shù)民族聚居區(qū)和漢族聚居區(qū)的經濟差距具有現(xiàn)實意義。 本文選擇我國五個少數(shù)民族自治區(qū)為研究對象來探討區(qū)際貿易對產業(yè)結構的影響。用眾多指標分析了當前我國少數(shù)民族自治區(qū)區(qū)際貿易和產業(yè)結構所存在的問題，如在區(qū)際貿易方面，存在著區(qū)際貿易一直處于逆差狀態(tài)，造成了較高增長率所帶來的經濟效應大打折扣的問題；在產業(yè)結構方面，存在著第一產業(yè)和第二產業(yè)的產業(yè)發(fā)展和就業(yè)發(fā)展越來越不平衡，以及產業(yè)結構和全國產業(yè)結構相似的問題�；谶@些問題，本文從理論和實證兩方面分析了區(qū)際貿易對產業(yè)結構的影響。通過理論分析認為:區(qū)際貿易是通過增加資本積累、加快技術進步和增加消費需求及投資需求等途徑來影響產業(yè)結構的；通過實證分析得出結論：區(qū)際貿易對少數(shù)民族自治區(qū)產業(yè)結構的影響是顯著的。最后，基于以上分析結論，本文針對我國少數(shù)民族自治區(qū)發(fā)展區(qū)際貿易，調整產業(yè)結構提出了幾點建議。
[Abstract]:The imbalance of regional economic development is a problem that many countries have to face in their economic development, and China is no exception. Economic development has been in an unbalanced state for a long time. In particular, there are still many gaps between the economic development of ethnic minority areas and Han nationality areas. This situation will not only affect social stability, but also hinder the long-term balanced development of the economy. China is a big country, with huge differences in resource endowments. At present, the international market is shrinking, and the central government is actively advocating the development of domestic inter-regional trade and readjusting the industrial structure. Based on the influence of inter-regional trade on industrial structure, this paper discusses the economic development of minority areas, which is of practical significance in narrowing the economic gap between ethnic minority areas and Han nationality areas. In this paper, five ethnic autonomous regions in China are selected to study the impact of inter-regional trade on the industrial structure. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the inter-regional trade and industrial structure of China's ethnic minority autonomous regions with many indicators. For example, in the aspect of inter-regional trade, the inter-regional trade has always been in a deficit state. The economic effects of higher growth rates have been greatly compromised; in terms of industrial structure, there is an increasing imbalance in the industrial development and employment development of the primary and secondary industries, And industrial structure and national industrial structure similar problems. Based on these problems, this paper analyzes the impact of inter-regional trade on industrial structure from both theoretical and empirical aspects. Through theoretical analysis, it is concluded that interregional trade influences the industrial structure by increasing capital accumulation, accelerating technological progress, increasing consumption demand and investment demand. Through empirical analysis, the author draws a conclusion that the influence of inter-regional trade on the industrial structure of minority autonomous regions is significant. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of inter-regional trade and adjustment of industrial structure in China's ethnic minority autonomous regions.
