【摘要】：近幾年世界經(jīng)濟(jì)局勢(shì)時(shí)有動(dòng)蕩，但席卷歐洲的歐債危機(jī)和橫掃北非的政治動(dòng)蕩似乎并沒有給漸有起色的阿爾及利亞經(jīng)濟(jì)蒙上陰影。中國(guó)是目前世界上發(fā)展最快的國(guó)家之一也是目前世界上最有影響力的大國(guó)。阿爾及利亞與中國(guó)同屬發(fā)展中國(guó)家，是非洲第一大國(guó)，，它地大物博，能源蘊(yùn)藏極為豐富，所處地理位置優(yōu)越，也是石油輸出國(guó)組織的一員。其國(guó)內(nèi)政治局勢(shì)穩(wěn)定，各項(xiàng)工業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)都期待著改革和騰飛。自1958年12月20日中阿建交以來，兩國(guó)間的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來不斷，近年來更是發(fā)展迅速。中國(guó)在發(fā)展中所積攢的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、技術(shù)和培養(yǎng)的人才正是阿爾及利亞所渴求的，同時(shí)開發(fā)阿爾及利亞的市場(chǎng)和能源也是對(duì)在飛速發(fā)展中的中國(guó)具有非常重要的戰(zhàn)略意義的。在這樣的背景下，本文通過分析阿爾及利亞的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、主要貿(mào)易伙伴的改變、對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀、投資環(huán)境等對(duì)阿爾及利亞目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和利用外資狀況進(jìn)行了研究后，分析了中阿雙方的貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)性和發(fā)展中阿貿(mào)易的必要性。在研究了中阿目前的貿(mào)易和投資現(xiàn)狀之后，分析了目前影響中阿雙邊貿(mào)易和投資的有利因素和不利因素，以及提出了在未來改善和發(fā)展中阿雙邊貿(mào)易的幾點(diǎn)對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:The world economy has been volatile in recent years, but the European debt crisis and the political turmoil sweeping North Africa do not seem to have overshadowed the growing Algerian economy. China is one of the fastest-growing countries and the most influential country in the world. Algeria, together with China, is the first largest country in Africa. It is rich in energy resources, is located in a superior geographical position, and is also a member of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting countries (OPEC). Its domestic political situation is stable, all industries and economies are looking forward to reform and take-off. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Argentina on December 20, 1958, the economic and trade exchanges between the two countries have continued to develop rapidly in recent years. The experience, technology and talents China has accumulated in its development are exactly what Algeria wants. At the same time, the development of Algeria's market and energy is of great strategic significance to China in its rapid development. In this context, this paper studies Algeria's current economic situation and utilization of foreign capital through the analysis of Algeria's macroeconomic situation, the changes of its main trading partners, the current situation of foreign trade structure, the investment environment, and so on. This paper analyzes the trade complementarity between China and Argentina and the necessity of developing Sino-Arab trade. After studying the present situation of trade and investment between China and Argentina, this paper analyzes the favorable and unfavorable factors that affect the bilateral trade and investment between China and Argentina, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving and developing bilateral trade between China and Argentina in the future.
