【摘要】：我國的個人收入分配差距問題備受各界的關(guān)注。個人收入分配差距大，不僅會導(dǎo)致我國有效需求的不足，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展受到限制，還會產(chǎn)生社會的不穩(wěn)定因素。可見，既要保證經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速高質(zhì)發(fā)展，又要保證實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕這一大的目標(biāo)，就必須把個人收入分配差距控制在合理的范圍內(nèi)。我國城鄉(xiāng)間、地區(qū)間以及行業(yè)間的個人收入分配差距問題嚴(yán)重。我們對個人收入分配問題進(jìn)行深入研究，是為了使得個人收入分配差距逐步縮小，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕的目標(biāo)。 我國目前的個人收入分配差距主要表現(xiàn)為城鄉(xiāng)間個人收入分配差距、地區(qū)間個人收入分配差距、行業(yè)間個人收入分配差距。本文通過建立面板數(shù)據(jù)模型，對影響我國個人收入分配差距的影響因素進(jìn)行分析，我國個人收入分配差距產(chǎn)生的主要原因有地區(qū)間城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡、收入分體制及秩序存在缺陷、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、社會保障體系不完善及不可控成因。要想縮小我國的個人收入分配差距，就必須加快農(nóng)村的發(fā)展，提高落后地區(qū)的城市化水平；改進(jìn)體制政策，，優(yōu)化政府財政支出;平衡地區(qū)間投資，調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)；完善居民的社會保障，提高教育水平。 本文第一部分研究了個人收入分配差距這一問題的選題背景、選題意義以及對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。第二部分研究了個人收入分配差距的基本內(nèi)涵、個人收入分配差距的基本指標(biāo)以及個人收入分配差距的基本理論。第三部分研究了我國目前的個人收入分配差距的現(xiàn)狀以及影響。第四部分研究了我國個人收入分配差距問題的主要成因。通過建立面板數(shù)據(jù)模型，分析各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市表示收入分配差距的各種數(shù)據(jù)，指出產(chǎn)生個人收入分配差距的主要影響因素。第五部分根據(jù)計量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型得出的結(jié)果，并結(jié)合國外縮小個人收入分配差距的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出符合我國國情的縮小個人收入分配差距的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The issue of personal income distribution gap in China has been concerned by all walks of life. The large gap of personal income distribution will not only lead to the shortage of effective demand, economic development is restricted, but also produce social instability factors. Therefore, it is necessary to control the gap of individual income distribution within a reasonable range in order to ensure the high speed and high quality development of economy and the realization of the goal of common prosperity. The gap of personal income distribution between urban and rural areas, regions and industries in China is serious. In order to narrow the gap of personal income distribution and realize the goal of common prosperity, we study the problem of personal income distribution in depth. At present, the difference of personal income distribution between urban and rural areas, individual income distribution gap between regions, and personal income distribution gap between industries is the main manifestation of personal income distribution gap in China. Based on panel data model, this paper analyzes the influence factors of personal income distribution gap in China. The main reasons of personal income distribution gap in China are the imbalance of urban and rural economic development among regions. There are defects in income system and order, unreasonable industrial structure, imperfect social security system and uncontrollable causes. In order to narrow the gap of personal income distribution in China, we must speed up the development of rural areas, improve the level of urbanization in backward areas, improve institutional policies, optimize government financial expenditure, balance inter-regional investment and adjust industrial structure. We will improve the social security of the residents and raise the level of education. The first part of this paper studies the background of personal income distribution gap, the significance of the topic and the current research situation at home and abroad. The second part studies the basic connotation of the personal income distribution gap, the basic index of the personal income distribution gap and the basic theory of the personal income distribution gap. The third part studies the current situation and influence of personal income distribution gap in China. The fourth part studies the main causes of the personal income distribution gap in China. Through the establishment of panel data model, this paper analyzes the various data of income distribution gap expressed by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and points out the main factors that affect the income distribution gap of individuals. In the fifth part, according to the results of econometric model and combining with the successful experience of foreign countries to narrow the gap of personal income distribution, the author puts forward some policy suggestions to narrow the gap of personal income distribution in accordance with the situation of our country.
