【摘要】：本文分析了自越南革新后,越南經(jīng)濟發(fā)生的一系列變化,包括越南經(jīng)濟總量的變化、經(jīng)濟結構的變化、外商投資情況、越南進出口情況、越南環(huán)境和貿(mào)易與環(huán)境狀況,通過規(guī)范的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)環(huán)境污染與出口和經(jīng)濟增長及FDI有著顯著的正相關關系,說明越南發(fā)展經(jīng)濟帶來了環(huán)境惡化。通過了解經(jīng)濟發(fā)展因素與環(huán)境的關系,了解越南環(huán)境問題的原因所在,從越南自身的經(jīng)濟特點以及國際環(huán)境分析這種貿(mào)易對其環(huán)境作用的特殊機制,為越南制定合理的環(huán)境政策和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,為其在以后的發(fā)展的健康路徑以及提升自身在國際貿(mào)易中競爭力都有著積極的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes a series of changes that have taken place in Vietnam's economy since the reform of Vietnam, including the change of the total amount of Vietnam's economy, the change of economic structure, the situation of foreign investment, the situation of Vietnam's import and export, and the situation of Vietnam's environment and trade and environment. Through normative analysis, it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between environmental pollution and export, economic growth and FDI, indicating that Vietnam's economic development has brought environmental degradation. By understanding the relationship between the factors of economic development and the environment, and understanding the causes of Viet Nam's environmental problems, and from the perspective of Viet Nam's own economic characteristics and the special mechanism of the international environment to analyze the effects of such trade on its environment, Making reasonable environmental policy and industrial policy for Vietnam, the healthy path of its development in the future and enhancing its competitiveness in international trade all have positive reference function.
