【摘要】：旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個以人的流動和消費為基礎(chǔ)的綜合性產(chǎn)業(yè),具有改善產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、帶動其他產(chǎn)業(yè)部門共同發(fā)展的作用。如何對一個地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確、真實地計算,并確定其產(chǎn)業(yè)地位,一直是學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的焦點。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)是衡量旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中產(chǎn)業(yè)地位的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),它不但關(guān)系到旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,更是對地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有重要影響�？茖W(xué)、客觀地評價旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn),有利于明確旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)地位和作用,為旅游接待地區(qū)和國家開發(fā)旅游資源、制定旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策提供依據(jù),同時也有利于促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 伊春是我國最大的森林城市,近年來伊春利用自身優(yōu)勢,選擇旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)作為接續(xù)產(chǎn)業(yè)且成績顯著,“十一五”期間,伊春接待游客總量達(dá)1694萬人次,年均增長13.17%,實現(xiàn)旅游總收入80.77億元,年均增長27.88%,旅游直接從業(yè)人員2萬余人,間接從業(yè)人員超過8萬人,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為伊春新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點,為以林業(yè)為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的伊春經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展注入了新的活力,伊春經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展離不開旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文首先從旅游總收入和接待人數(shù)、旅游品牌吸引力、旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)地位及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題五方面介紹了伊春旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；其次,運用格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗?zāi)Ｐ蛯σ链郝糜慰偸杖肱c伊春國民生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)進(jìn)行因果關(guān)系檢驗；再次,對伊春旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)分析,分析了伊春旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的直接貢獻(xiàn)和間接貢獻(xiàn),對財政收入、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn),并利用需求收入彈性理論分析了伊春旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在拉動社會需求方面的貢獻(xiàn),運用灰色系統(tǒng)關(guān)聯(lián)度計算出旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與郵電通信業(yè)、旅游業(yè)與保險業(yè)、工業(yè)、餐飲業(yè)、建筑業(yè)等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度；最后,從七個方面提出了提高伊春旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:Tourism industry is a comprehensive industry based on human mobility and consumption, which can improve the industrial structure and promote the common development of other industrial departments. How to calculate the economic influence of a region's tourism industry accurately and truthfully and determine its industrial status has always been the focus of academic attention. The economic contribution of tourism industry is an important standard to measure the status of tourism industry in the national economy. It is not only related to the development of tourism industry, but also has an important impact on regional economic development. A scientific and objective evaluation of the economic contribution of the tourism industry is conducive to clarifying the industrial status and role of the tourism industry, providing a basis for developing tourism resources and formulating policies for the development of the tourism industry in tourist reception areas and countries. At the same time also conducive to promoting the tourism industry and the overall coordinated development of the regional economy. Yichun is the largest forest city in China. In recent years, Yichun has used its own advantages to select the tourism industry as its successor industry and has achieved remarkable results. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, Yichun received a total of 16.94 million tourists. The average annual growth rate is 13.17. The total income of tourism is 8.077 billion yuan, with an average annual growth rate of 27.880.The tourism industry has become a new economic growth point for Yichun, with more than 2, 000 direct employees and more than 80, 000 indirect employees. The economic development of Yichun, which takes forestry as the leading industry, has been injected into new vitality, and the development of Yichun economy can not be separated from the development of tourism industry. This paper first introduces the present situation of Yichun tourism industry from five aspects: total tourism income and number of visitors, tourism brand attraction, tourism infrastructure and tourism industry status, and the problems existing in the development of tourism industry. Granger causality test model is used to test the causality between Yichun tourism gross income and Yichun gross national product (GDP). Thirdly, the contribution of Yichun tourism industry to economic development is analyzed. This paper analyzes the direct and indirect contribution of Yichun tourism industry to the national economy, the contribution to financial revenue and tertiary industry, and analyzes the contribution of Yichun tourism industry in stimulating social demand by means of the theory of income elasticity of demand. The correlation degree between tourism industry and post and telecommunications industry, tourism industry and insurance industry, industry, catering industry, construction industry and other related industries are calculated by using grey system correlation degree. Finally, the countermeasures to improve the economic effect of Yichun tourism are put forward from seven aspects.
