泛長江三角洲地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境耦合協(xié)調(diào)關系分析

【摘要】:以泛長三角地區(qū)41個地級市以上的政區(qū)為例,運用改進熵值法計算經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的綜合得分,并運用耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型分析1999~2013年兩系統(tǒng)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度及其演變,最后通過經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)得分排名劃分4種類型,提出未來泛長江三角洲經(jīng)濟發(fā)展分類指導建議。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)1999~2013年泛長三角地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境的耦合度C∈[0.5,0.8],整體位于磨合階段;而系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度D∈[0.3,0.5],整體屬于中度耦合協(xié)調(diào);(2)1999~2013年泛長三角經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)耦合協(xié)調(diào)度呈現(xiàn)上升態(tài)勢,但經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)綜合評價值仍表現(xiàn)負相關的特征;(3)未來蘇南地區(qū)、皖江地區(qū)、杭甬地區(qū)需要進一步調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)分布結(jié)構,提升城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境;而蘇北地區(qū)、皖西地區(qū)、浙西南地區(qū)需要進一步增加城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的軟、硬實力各種要素的投入,并將城市生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟增長優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Taking the administrative districts above 41 prefecture-level cities in the pan-Yangtze River Delta as an example, the improved entropy method is used to calculate the comprehensive scores of the economic development and the ecological environment system, and the coupling coordination model is used to analyze the coupling coordination degree and evolution of the two systems from 1999 to 2013. Finally, four types of economic development and ecological environmental system scores are divided into four types, and suggestions for classification of economic development in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta in the future are put forward.
