【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì),世界范圍內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級面臨新的發(fā)展趨勢,尤其發(fā)達(dá)國家正在進(jìn)行新一輪的產(chǎn)業(yè)革命。應(yīng)對經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域一體化格局的形勢,我國提出和實(shí)施了“十二五”規(guī)劃,加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,走新型工業(yè)化道路�？h域經(jīng)濟(jì)是我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)重要組成部分,它的發(fā)展對整個社會經(jīng)濟(jì)起著支撐性作用,發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)有助于我國城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)的改善,同時對城市化、工業(yè)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展具有重要的推動作用。能否實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,充分利用本地優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、升級,選擇適合本國、本地區(qū)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)具有決定性影響。因此,正確選擇并積極推動區(qū)域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是每個地區(qū)都不應(yīng)忽視的重大問題。 本文在產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科理論支撐的基礎(chǔ)上,首先明晰主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的內(nèi)涵,回顧梳理了主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)理論,接著分析、總結(jié)縣域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇影響因素,然后確定縣域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇基準(zhǔn),最后在此基礎(chǔ)上建立起縣域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇指標(biāo)評價體系,并對指標(biāo)體系的可行性、具體實(shí)踐性進(jìn)行分析。 本文以懷寧縣為例,將構(gòu)建的縣域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇方法應(yīng)用于懷寧縣主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇中,采用因子分析方法,通過SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件對所選擇的14個行業(yè)部門的11個指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行運(yùn)算分析,通過定量分析得出懷寧縣各產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合得分,從而確定懷寧縣主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇。 最后,在定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合懷寧縣自然社會經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、國家政策導(dǎo)向、比較優(yōu)勢等因素,運(yùn)用定性分析方法對發(fā)展懷寧縣主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In the new century, the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in the world is facing a new development trend, especially the developed countries are carrying out a new round of industrial revolution. In response to the situation of economic globalization and regional integration, China has put forward and implemented the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode, optimize industrial structure, promote industrial competitiveness and take the road of new-type industrialization. County economy is an important part of China's socialist market economy, and its development plays a supporting role in the whole social economy. The development of county economy is conducive to the improvement of our country's urban-rural dual structure, and at the same time to urbanization and industrialization. The development of agricultural modernization has an important role to promote. Whether we can achieve sustainable development, make full use of the local advantages, realize the adjustment of industrial structure, upgrade, choose suitable for our country, the leading industry in this region has the decisive influence. Therefore, choosing and actively promoting the development of regional leading industries is an important problem that should not be ignored in every region. Based on the theoretical support of industrial economics, regional economics and development economics, this paper firstly clarifies the connotation of leading industry choice, reviews and combs the relevant theories of leading industry, and then analyzes it. This paper summarizes the influencing factors of the choice of the leading industry in the county area, then determines the benchmark of the choice of the leading industry in the county area, and finally establishes the evaluation system of the index of the leading industry in the county area, and analyzes the feasibility and practicality of the index system. Taking Huining County as an example, this paper applies the method of choosing leading industry to the selection of leading industry in Huining County, and adopts the method of factor analysis. Through the analysis of 11 index data of 14 industries selected by SPSS17.0 statistical software, the comprehensive score of each industry in Huining County is obtained by quantitative analysis, and the choice of leading industry in Huining County is determined. Finally, on the basis of quantitative analysis, combined with the natural and social economic situation, national policy orientation, comparative advantage and other factors of Huining County, the qualitative analysis method is used to put forward the relevant suggestions for the development of the leading industry in Huining County.
