【摘要】：正剛剛閉幕的第十二屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)第二次會(huì)議高票表決通過(guò)了李克強(qiáng)總理所作的《政府工作報(bào)告》。涉及區(qū)域發(fā)展方面,《政府工作報(bào)告》充分肯定了過(guò)去一年的成績(jī),在部署2014年工作時(shí),延續(xù)了黨的十六屆五中全會(huì)開(kāi)始實(shí)施的區(qū)域發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略的表述,明確提出要優(yōu)先推進(jìn)西部大開(kāi)發(fā)、全面振興東北地區(qū)等老工業(yè)基地、大力推進(jìn)中部地區(qū)崛起、積極支持東部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)率先轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:The just-concluded second session of the National people's Congress voted by a large number of votes to approve Premier Li Keqiang's report on Government work. With regard to regional development, the "Government work report" fully affirmed the achievements of the past year, and when deploying its work in 2014, it continued the expression of the overall strategy for regional development that began to be implemented by the Fifth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. It is pointed out that priority should be given to the development of the western region, the old industrial bases in Northeast China should be revitalized in an all-round way, the rise of the central region should be vigorously promoted, and the eastern region should be actively supported in its economic transformation and upgrading.
