【摘要】：呼和浩特地區(qū)是由生態(tài)-經(jīng)濟(jì)-社會(huì)三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成的復(fù)合系統(tǒng),管轄范圍包括4個(gè)區(qū)(新城區(qū)、賽罕區(qū)、回民區(qū)、玉泉區(qū))、4個(gè)縣(托克托縣、清水河縣、和林格爾縣、武川縣)、1個(gè)旗(土默特左旗),1個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)(呼和浩特經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)),文中個(gè)別地方使用呼和浩特來(lái)指代呼和浩特地區(qū)。本文以“呼和浩特地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展”為研究主題,以呼和浩特地區(qū)為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究對(duì)象,對(duì)呼和浩特地區(qū)2000-2010年相關(guān)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理,進(jìn)行定性與定量分析。由于可持續(xù)發(fā)展涉及范圍較廣,為了研究方便,分別就呼和浩特生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)建立指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 文章使用SPSS17.0軟件中的因子分析法、回歸分析法和計(jì)算可持續(xù)發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)度指數(shù)和系統(tǒng)問(wèn)協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,從生態(tài)角度、經(jīng)濟(jì)角度、社會(huì)角度分別進(jìn)行可持續(xù)發(fā)展實(shí)證研究。通過(guò)分析得出結(jié)論：呼和浩特生態(tài)子系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平不容樂(lè)觀,且在呼和浩特可持續(xù)發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟(jì)子系統(tǒng)與生態(tài)子系統(tǒng)之間的矛盾確實(shí)存在,同時(shí),生態(tài)子系統(tǒng)與社會(huì)子系統(tǒng)的不協(xié)調(diào)性也不容忽視。 文章最后在綜合評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:The Hohhot region is a complex system composed of three sub-systems of ecology, economy and society. Its jurisdiction includes four districts (Xincheng District, Saihan District, Hui people District, Yuquan District, and 4 counties (Tokto County, Qingshuihe County, and Helinger County).In Wuchuan County, one flag (Tumert left Banner), one National Economic and technological Development Zone (Hohhot Economic and technological Development Zone), this paper uses Hohhot to refer to Hohhot area.Taking the sustainable development of Hohhot region as the research subject and the Hohhot region as the research object of sustainable development, this paper collates the relevant index data of Hohhot region from 2000 to 2010, and carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis.Because of the wide range of sustainable development, in order to study conveniently, the index system of Huhhot ecological, economic and social subsystems was established and evaluated synthetically.This paper uses the factor analysis method in SPSS17.0 software, regression analysis method and statistical method to calculate the coordination index of sustainable development and systematic coordination coefficient, and carries out the empirical research on sustainable development from the angle of ecology, economy and society respectively.The conclusion is that the sustainable development level of the ecological subsystem of Hohhot is not optimistic, and the contradiction between the economic subsystem and the ecological subsystem exists in the sustainable development of Hohhot, and at the same time,The disharmony between ecological subsystem and social subsystem can not be ignored.Finally, on the basis of comprehensive evaluation, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the existing problems.
