【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在無序競爭、非均衡發(fā)展、不可持續(xù)發(fā)展等困境，這固然是政府的困境、市場的困境，但最根本的是人的困境，而人區(qū)別于動物的根本標(biāo)志是文化�！獋�(gè)民族的復(fù)興必然伴隨著文化的繁榮，—個(gè)國家的強(qiáng)盛定然離不開文化的支撐。國與國之間的競爭終究是文化內(nèi)核的較量。文化成為觀察、分析和解決區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展困境的獨(dú)特視角。從文化視閾研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)問題是廣義區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的題中應(yīng)有之義，體現(xiàn)了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)作為應(yīng)用性學(xué)科經(jīng)邦濟(jì)世的功用。論文立足于文化強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略視閾，運(yùn)用整體論方法，深入挖掘經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)文化內(nèi)涵，展示區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)實(shí)圖景，追尋區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展困境根源，探求區(qū)域發(fā)展困境消解的策略與超現(xiàn)代化路徑。無論是現(xiàn)實(shí)的爬梳還是理論的探討，最根本的關(guān)注點(diǎn)在于剖析發(fā)展困境背后的文化成因，并借助古人智慧賦予經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)“經(jīng)邦濟(jì)世”的價(jià)值目的，從而判定區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展超現(xiàn)代化路向的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義以及為人生幸福的終極追求。 論文包括緒論和結(jié)語在內(nèi)共有八部分，主要內(nèi)容有六章。 第一章，在對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)研究綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，主要對國內(nèi)外的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論進(jìn)行了評析，對區(qū)域、經(jīng)濟(jì)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、發(fā)展、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等基本概念進(jìn)行了梳理總結(jié)，為下文的規(guī)范分析研究做了鋪墊。 第二章，確立區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究的文化視閾。在論述文化與文化強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略、文化與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，確立了研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的文化視閾。在對教育、道德、公正、人道等4個(gè)原則內(nèi)涵梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，探討了這4個(gè)原則對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的意義，對實(shí)現(xiàn)共同幸福的支撐作用。 第三章，論述了區(qū)域無序競爭困境及文化成因。在呈現(xiàn)區(qū)域無序競爭困境的基礎(chǔ)上，對無序競爭進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析，并挖掘了無序競爭困境的文化成因，主要從達(dá)爾文進(jìn)化論的誤讀、“更高、更快、更強(qiáng)”理念的誤區(qū)、企業(yè)家精神的不足、教育對競爭意識的培養(yǎng)、比經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)更可怕的心靈危機(jī)、有限責(zé)任公司和有限責(zé)任效應(yīng)、區(qū)域?qū)Ｗ⒘Φ耐嘶?個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了剖析。 第四章，論述了區(qū)域非均衡發(fā)展困境及其文化成因，在呈現(xiàn)非均衡發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，對非均衡發(fā)展困境進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析，并挖掘了非均衡發(fā)展的文化成因，主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)化約論哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)的誤區(qū)、我國古代動態(tài)均衡原則的遺棄、區(qū)域間教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的不平衡、經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理道德失范等4個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了解讀。 第五章，論述了區(qū)域不可持續(xù)發(fā)展困境及其文化成因。在呈現(xiàn)不可持續(xù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，對不可持續(xù)發(fā)展困境進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析，并挖掘了不可持續(xù)發(fā)展困境的文化成因，主要從現(xiàn)代化及后現(xiàn)代化的影響、社會思潮泛濫、人定勝天的文化誤讀、因果理念的缺乏、以人為本的文化誤解、帕累托最優(yōu)的誤用、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展混用、教育在經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理中的缺位、宣傳媒體的異化、慈善理念的欠缺、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教育教學(xué)改革滯后等11個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了解讀。 第六章，論述了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展困境的消解策略。主要從推進(jìn)區(qū)域文化繼承創(chuàng)新、堅(jiān)持經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)、完善社會治理、重構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)核心價(jià)值體系5個(gè)方面對區(qū)域發(fā)展困境消解提出了政策建議。其中區(qū)域文化繼承創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)、完善社會治理是實(shí)現(xiàn)共同幸福的四個(gè)向度。在本章進(jìn)一步闡述了以共同幸福作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的目的，，以重構(gòu)核心價(jià)值體系的超現(xiàn)代化作為實(shí)現(xiàn)共同幸福的路徑，現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)由發(fā)展物質(zhì)文明帶來富裕，而超現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)由重構(gòu)核心價(jià)值體系而帶來幸福，超現(xiàn)代化源于現(xiàn)代化又超越現(xiàn)代化，并可以指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)代化。并指出，可持續(xù)發(fā)展和生活幸福不能僅建立在經(jīng)濟(jì)財(cái)富上，而應(yīng)更多地立足于精神領(lǐng)域，發(fā)展中道經(jīng)濟(jì)，減少欲望，增加現(xiàn)實(shí)滿意度。
[Abstract]:The development of the regional economy is disorderly competition, unbalanced development, sustainable development and other difficulties, it is government's predicament, the plight of the market, but the most fundamental is the plight of the people, and the fundamental difference between people and animal is a revival of national culture. - must be accompanied by the prosperity of a nation. The strong certainly cannot do without the support of culture. The competition between countries is ultimately cultural core contest. Culture has become the unique perspective of observation, analysis and solve the dilemma of regional economic development. From a cultural perspective of regional economy is the proper meaning of generalized regional economics research topics, reflects the regional economics as the application of discipline by the state to serve the function. Based on the strategic perspective of cultural power, using the integrated approach, in-depth excavation of the cultural connotation of economics, to show the reality of regional economic development prospect, pursue economic development zone Show the plight of the root causes, to explore the regional development strategy of the plight of digestion and super path of modernization. Whether it is reality or through theoretical discussion, the most fundamental concern is the cultural reasons behind analysis of the development dilemma, and with the wisdom of the ancients to give the value of economics "by the state to serve the purpose, to determine the significance of regional economic development in the ultra modern the direction and ultimate pursuit of happiness in life.
There are eight parts in this paper, including the introduction and the conclusion, and the main contents are six chapters.
In the first chapter, based on the review of the relevant researches on regional economy, the regional economic theories at home and abroad are reviewed, and the basic concepts such as region, economy, regional economy, development and regional economic development are summarized, which lays a foundation for the following normative analysis and research.
The second chapter, the establishment of a cultural perspective in the study of regional economic development. In the discussion of strategic culture and cultural power, basic culture and regional economic development, the establishment of the cultural perspective of regional economic development. The third chapter discusses the plight of regional disorderly competition and cultural causes. The fifth chapter discusses the regional sustainable development dilemma and its cultural causes. The sixth chapter discusses the dilemma of regional economic development strategies. The regional culture inheritance and innovation, the sustainable development of economy. The protection of the ecological environment, improve social governance is to realize the common well-being of four dimensions. In this chapter further elaborates on common happiness as a regional economic development, to achieve common happiness as ultra modern path reconstruction core value system, through the development of modern material civilization brings prosperity, and ultra modern reconstruction via core value system and bring happiness, ultra modern derives from modern and beyond modernization, and can guide the modernization. And pointed out that the sustainable development and The happiness of life is not only based on economic wealth, but should be more based on the spiritual field, the development of the middle economy, the reduction of desire, and the increase of real satisfaction.
