文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)影響的分析

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)后半葉隨著西方發(fā)達(dá)國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)從工業(yè)化末期向后工業(yè)階段轉(zhuǎn)化,土地、能源和環(huán)境等問題逐漸成為影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要因素,它們與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的矛盾越來越明顯,此時(shí)以文化和人的創(chuàng)造力為主的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸成為一個(gè)國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿。目?世界范圍內(nèi)已經(jīng)形成了由各國際大都市構(gòu)成的世界創(chuàng)意城市網(wǎng)絡(luò),例如以戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)聞名的倫敦、以動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)聞名的東京和以影視業(yè)聞名的紐約,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是21世紀(jì)最有前途的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。 文章通過對現(xiàn)有文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)研究的梳理發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分文獻(xiàn)的內(nèi)容主要集中于三個(gè)方面:對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)定義和內(nèi)容的研究、對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形式的研究和對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)作用的研究。雖然現(xiàn)有研究中有很多與文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響相關(guān),但是這些文章大都關(guān)注某個(gè)省份或者某個(gè)地區(qū)的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響,而且研究的角度多是從文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)本身和它所包含子行業(yè)的產(chǎn)值和就業(yè)兩個(gè)方面出發(fā)。雖然這些對認(rèn)識和分析我國局部地區(qū)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展及其經(jīng)濟(jì)作用很有幫助,但卻無法對全國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況以及它對經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響給出描述和分析。因此,本文以我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,主要從以下兩個(gè)角度分析其經(jīng)濟(jì)影響:第一、從我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)及其包含的子行業(yè)本身出發(fā)分析文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響;第二、從經(jīng)濟(jì)總體角度分析我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)中其他產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的聯(lián)系,從而分析文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對其他行業(yè)的帶動作用。 文章的主要結(jié)構(gòu)安排如下:第一章是緒論,主要對文章的選題背景和研究方法等問題進(jìn)行說明;第二章是文獻(xiàn)綜述,這部分主要對國內(nèi)外文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行梳理并做簡單評論;第三章從文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)本身出發(fā),通過描述文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展及使用其子行業(yè)的產(chǎn)出和就業(yè)等指標(biāo)分析其經(jīng)濟(jì)影響;第四章從經(jīng)濟(jì)總體角度出發(fā),利用投入產(chǎn)出分析方法分析文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響,主要分為總量分析和結(jié)構(gòu)分析兩部分。其中總量分析部分采用總投入、中間投入、直接消耗系數(shù)等指標(biāo)分析文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)模及其與其他行業(yè)的相互作用關(guān)系,使用影響力系數(shù)和感應(yīng)度系數(shù)指標(biāo)分析文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動作用和支撐作用。在結(jié)構(gòu)分析中,文章將國民經(jīng)濟(jì)所有行業(yè)分成第一產(chǎn)業(yè)、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)四個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門,并計(jì)算了這四個(gè)部門的完全需求系數(shù)表,通過完全需求系數(shù)等指標(biāo)量化文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)升級影響的大;第五章對文章主要結(jié)論進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出政策建議。 通過分析我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響,本文得到以下三個(gè)結(jié)論:第一、我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)整體還處于發(fā)展的初級階段,它對經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響力和感應(yīng)度均低于經(jīng)濟(jì)平均水平。文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部各行業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動作用相差較大;第二,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)有利于我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)向知識集約化的方向發(fā)展,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對第二產(chǎn)業(yè)依賴性最強(qiáng),其次是第三產(chǎn)業(yè),最后是第一產(chǎn)業(yè)。而第一產(chǎn)業(yè)、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的依賴度都比較低,說明文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用還比較;第三、消費(fèi)、投資、出口中消費(fèi)對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的帶動作用最強(qiáng),因此提高我國居民和政府的消費(fèi)水平是促進(jìn)我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要途徑。 本文創(chuàng)新有兩點(diǎn):第一,文章不但從文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值、就業(yè)等方面研究其對經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,還從經(jīng)濟(jì)整體的角度出發(fā),利用投入產(chǎn)出表來分析它與經(jīng)濟(jì)中其他產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的作用關(guān)系,所以文章選擇的研究角度與以往研究有所不同;第二,文章分析了不同種類的最終需求對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)出的影響,并指出提高我國整體消費(fèi)水平是促進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要途徑。 本文的不足之處有兩點(diǎn):第一,由于所得數(shù)據(jù)的限制,本文第四章中使用的數(shù)據(jù)是2002年和2007年的投入產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù),因此無法從投入產(chǎn)出角度對目前文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響進(jìn)行分析,只能在第三章中使用文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)所含子行業(yè)的產(chǎn)值和就業(yè)等數(shù)據(jù)簡單分析我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響;第二,由于投入產(chǎn)出分析方法主要是通過部門之間產(chǎn)品的直接消耗和使用來分析部門間經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)聯(lián)系,而部分文化產(chǎn)品不是作為中間產(chǎn)品被消耗,因此使用直接消耗系數(shù)等指標(biāo)可能會低估文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響。
[Abstract]:The second half of twentieth Century as the economy of the western developed countries backward from the end of the industrial transformation stage of industrialization, land, energy and environment problems are becoming a major factor of economic development, the contradiction between them and the economic growth is more and more obvious, the culture and the creativity of human oriented cultural creative industry has gradually become the main driving force of economic prosperity and development countries and regions in the world. At present, the world has formed a creative city network constituted by the international metropolis, for example, is famous for its drama industry in London, known as the animation industry in Tokyo and the famous New York film and television industry, cultural creative industry is one of the most promising industries in twenty-first Century.
Based on the existing research of cultural and creative industries sort found in most literature mainly focused on three aspects: the research on the cultural and creative industry definition and content of the research on the development of cultural creative industries and the form of cultural and creative industries economic effects research. Although the existing research has many economic impact and cultural and creative industries but, these articles mainly focus on the economic impact of a province or a region of the cultural and creative industries, and the research angle is from the cultural and creative industry itself and it contains two aspects of industry output and employment starting. Although these understanding and analysis of the development and its economic effect of cultural and creative industries in local areas China is very helpful, but not on the national cultural creative industry development and its impact on the economy are described and analyzed. Therefore, based on China's cultural and creative industries as the research object, the analysis of the major economic impact from the following two aspects: first, from the cultural and creative industries in China and the industry itself of economic impact analysis of the cultural and creative industries; second, analysis of other sectors of industry and economic cultural creativity in China from the perspective of the overall economy, so as to analyze the role in promoting the development of cultural and creative industries to other industries.
The main structure of the paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the description of the background and research methods; the second chapter is the literature review of related research, this part mainly analyzes the domestic and foreign cultural and creative industries to sort out and do a simple review; the third chapter from the cultural and creative industry itself, the output and employment other indicators describe the development of cultural creative industry and its sub industry analysis of the economic effects; the fourth chapter from the perspective of the overall economy, the economic impact of input-output analysis method to analyze the development of cultural and creative industries, mainly divided into aggregate analysis and structural analysis of two parts. One part of the total investment amount of intermediate inputs, directly. Consumption interaction analysis of the cultural and creative industries and other industries and the relationship between the scale coefficient index, using the influence coefficient and sensitivity The index analysis of promotion of cultural and creative industries in the economy and support role. In the structural analysis, the national economy in all industries into the first industry, the second industry, the third industry and the cultural and creative industries in four sectors, the four departments of the full demand coefficient table is calculated, by affecting the index of total demand coefficient quantitative culture creative industry to upgrade the economic structure of our country size; the fifth chapter summarizes the main conclusions of the article, and put forward policy suggestions on the development of China's cultural and creative industries.
Through the analysis of the economic impact of China's cultural and creative industries, this paper obtained the following three conclusions: first, China's cultural and creative industries as a whole is still in the initial stage of development, its influence and sensitivity to the economy are lower than the average level of economic. The internal lines of cultural and creative industries industry boost to the economy is large; second, culture the creative industry is conducive to the development of our industrial structure to the knowledge intensive direction, the development of cultural and creative industries most dependent on the second industry, followed by the third industry, the last is the first industry and the first industry, the second industry, the third industry dependence on the cultural and creative industries are relatively low, indicating that the effect of cultural creative industry in in the development of China's economy is still relatively small; third, consumption, investment, consumption had the strongest effect on the cultural and creative industry production and exports, thus improving our country residents and The level of government consumption is the main way to promote the development of cultural and creative industries in China.
This paper has two innovations: first, this paper not only from the cultural and creative industries, employment and other aspects of its impact on the economy, but also from the overall economic point of view, using the input-output table to analyze the relationship between it and other industrial sectors of the economy, so the choice of the angle of research is different from previous studies; second, this paper analyzes the influence of the final demand of different kinds of cultural and creative industry output, and points out the way to improve the overall level of consumption in China is an important way to promote the development of cultural and creative industries.
There are two shortcomings in this paper: first, due to the limitations of the data, the use of the fourth chapter of this paper is the data input and output data in 2002 and 2007, therefore not from the input-output perspective on the current economic impact of cultural and creative industries are analyzed, using only the cultural and creative industries with sub sectors in the third chapter the value and the employment data simple economic analysis on the influence of the cultural and creative industries in China; second, the input-output analysis method is mainly through direct consumption and use of products between departments to analyze the economic and technical departments contact, and cultural products are not as intermediate products are consumed, so the use of direct consumption coefficient and other indicators may underestimate the economic impact the cultural and creative industries.
