【摘要】：遼西北地區(qū)包括阜新市、朝陽市和鐵嶺市,是遼寧省的欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,加快推進(jìn)老工業(yè)基地全面振興,遼寧實(shí)施"突破遼西北"戰(zhàn)略。"突破遼西北"戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以來,遼西北地區(qū)在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展方面取得了一定成就,但也存在著眾多問題。近年來,東北老工業(yè)基地再吹"振興"號(hào)角,遼西北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展面臨著新的機(jī)遇。在新的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期,需要重新審視遼西北地區(qū)發(fā)展特征與存在問題,有的放矢、積極應(yīng)對(duì),助推老工業(yè)基地全面振興。
[Abstract]:The northwest Liaoning includes Fuxin City, Chaoyang City and Tieling City, which is the underdeveloped area of Liaoning Province.In order to realize the coordinated development of regional economy and speed up the overall revitalization of the old industrial bases, Liaoning has implemented the strategy of "breaking through the northwest of Liaoning."Since the implementation of the strategy of breaking through the "Northwest Liaoning Province", some achievements have been made in the economic and social development of the Northwest Liaoning Province, but there are also many problems.In recent years, the old industrial base in Northeast China is blowing the "rejuvenation" horn again, and the economic and social development in northwest Liaoning is facing new opportunities.In the new strategic opportunity period, it is necessary to re-examine the characteristics and existing problems of the development of northwest Liaoning.
