【摘要】：本文分別從經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的短期(需求端)和長(zhǎng)期(供給端)分析框架,分析了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)面臨的問(wèn)題:從需求角度來(lái)看,投資、消費(fèi)和出口"三駕馬車"均顯疲態(tài);從供給角度來(lái)看,人口紅利逐漸消失,以及資產(chǎn)過(guò)剩導(dǎo)致資本的邊際報(bào)酬出現(xiàn)遞減都給經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)不利影響,但通過(guò)勞動(dòng)者素質(zhì)和技術(shù)水平的提高,以及勞動(dòng)和資本兩種要素結(jié)合方式的改進(jìn)來(lái)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力巨大,而這三方面都要依靠創(chuàng)新才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。因此,走創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展的道路,是我國(guó)加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,破解經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展深層次矛盾和問(wèn)題,打造中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)升級(jí)版的必由之路。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the problems of China's economic growth from the perspective of demand, investment, consumption and export from the perspective of demand, and analyzes the problems faced by China's economic growth from the perspective of short-term (demand side) and long-term (supply side) analysis framework: from the perspective of demand, the "troika" of investment, consumption and export all show fatigue;From the supply point of view, the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend and the decline of the marginal returns of capital caused by excess assets have brought adverse effects on economic growth, but through the improvement of the quality of workers and the level of technology,And the improvement of the combination of labor and capital to develop the economy has great potential, and these three aspects must rely on innovation to achieve.Therefore, taking the road of innovation-driven development is the only way for our country to speed up the transformation of economic development mode, solve the deep-seated contradictions and problems of economic development, and create an upgrade version of China's economy.
