【摘要】：在日常生活垃圾的組成中，，餐廚垃圾占據(jù)了相當(dāng)大的比例，它的收運(yùn)和處理是解決城市生活垃圾問題的重要環(huán)節(jié)。隨著人們生活水平的提高和環(huán)保意識的增強(qiáng)，城市垃圾作為城市環(huán)衛(wèi)工程的核心部分，近年來政府管理部門日益加強(qiáng)了管理。在許多發(fā)達(dá)國家，對餐廚垃圾的處理早已實(shí)現(xiàn)了法制化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化，成為了一項(xiàng)比較成熟的環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)。而在我國，餐廚垃圾處理作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè)也逐漸引起各界的關(guān)注，無論是從政策上還是從技術(shù)上都有了很大的進(jìn)步。 本文在該行業(yè)國內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的基礎(chǔ)上，以烏魯木齊市餐廚垃圾處理現(xiàn)狀和管理水平為背景，使用宏觀環(huán)境分析法（PEST）從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)等方面展開討論，對烏魯木齊市餐廚垃圾處理行業(yè)的整個(gè)市場進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析，找出目前可能影響市場發(fā)展的問題，在此之上，提出了促進(jìn)烏魯木齊市餐廚垃圾處理行業(yè)發(fā)展的對策。
[Abstract]:In the composition of daily domestic waste, kitchen garbage occupies a large proportion, and its collection and handling is an important link to solve the problem of urban domestic waste.With the improvement of people's living standard and the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness, urban garbage as the core part of urban sanitation project, the government management department has strengthened the management day by day in recent years.In many developed countries, the disposal of kitchen garbage has already realized the legalization and industrialization, and has become a relatively mature environmental protection industry.In our country, as a new industry, kitchen garbage treatment has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life, both in terms of policy and technology.On the basis of the development of the industry at home and abroad, this paper, based on the present situation and management level of kitchen waste disposal in Urumqi, uses the macro-environmental analysis method (PESTS) to discuss the political, economic, social and technical aspects.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the whole market of the kitchen waste disposal industry in Urumqi, finds out the problems that may affect the development of the market at present, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of the kitchen garbage treatment industry in Urumqi.
