【摘要】：近十年來,廣西的園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,成為廣西工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展主要支柱。本文從園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合國內(nèi)園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論,研究園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、對(duì)外貿(mào)易三者之間的關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)制,從理論上確定園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展能夠形成產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚可以通過提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和規(guī)模效應(yīng)促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易增長。然后,從實(shí)際出發(fā),對(duì)廣西的園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和對(duì)外貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)廣西的園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與對(duì)外貿(mào)易的增長呈同向關(guān)系,廣西工業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展能夠促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易工業(yè)制成品的出口,廣西工業(yè)園區(qū)的國家競爭力不足導(dǎo)致對(duì)外貿(mào)易層次低。再次,進(jìn)行廣西園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)廣西對(duì)外貿(mào)易影響的定性分析,確定園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展能夠促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易增長,增強(qiáng)對(duì)外貿(mào)易競爭力和推動(dòng)外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),接著對(duì)廣西的園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)與對(duì)外貿(mào)易進(jìn)行時(shí)間序列分析,通過協(xié)整分析得知廣西的工業(yè)增加值與出口總額之間存在長期均衡關(guān)系,這就表明廣西的園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)與對(duì)外貿(mào)易呈同向發(fā)展關(guān)系,園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展能夠促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易增長,再使用同樣的時(shí)間序列分析方法對(duì)廣西的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)與對(duì)外貿(mào)易進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,得知園區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度、勞動(dòng)力共享與技術(shù)溢出都會(huì)對(duì)對(duì)外貿(mào)易出口產(chǎn)生影響。最后,根據(jù)定性分析與實(shí)證分析的結(jié)論,從發(fā)展廣西園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的角度,提出具體促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的建議,包括提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度,加快園區(qū)科技進(jìn)步,調(diào)整園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the park economy of Guangxi has developed rapidly and become the main pillar of Guangxi industrial economy.From the point of view of park economy, combining with the theory of domestic park economy development, this paper studies the related mechanism among park economy, industrial agglomeration and foreign trade, and determines theoretically that the development of park economy can form industrial agglomeration.Industrial agglomeration can promote foreign trade growth by enhancing industrial competitiveness and scale effect.Then, proceeding from the reality, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of the park economy and the present situation of foreign trade in Guangxi, and finds that the development of the park economy in Guangxi is in the same direction as the growth of foreign trade.The development of Guangxi Industrial Park can promote the export of manufactured goods in foreign trade. The lack of national competitiveness of Guangxi Industrial Park leads to the low level of foreign trade.Thirdly, through the qualitative analysis of the impact of Guangxi park economy on Guangxi foreign trade, it is determined that the development of the park economy can promote the growth of foreign trade, enhance the competitiveness of foreign trade and promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade.Then, the paper analyzes the time series of industrial park economy and foreign trade in Guangxi, and finds out by cointegration analysis that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between industrial added value and total export value of Guangxi.This shows that the park economy in Guangxi is developing in the same direction as foreign trade, and the development of the park economy can promote the growth of foreign trade.Using the same time series analysis method, the paper analyzes the economy and foreign trade of high-tech industrial parks in Guangxi, and finds out that the degree of industrial agglomeration, labor sharing and technology spillover of the parks will have an impact on the export of foreign trade.Finally, according to the conclusion of qualitative analysis and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of foreign trade from the point of view of developing Guangxi park economy, including raising the degree of industrial agglomeration, speeding up the progress of science and technology in the park, and adjusting the industrial structure of the park.
