本文選題：戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)　切入點：協(xié)同發(fā)展　出處：《華東師范大學(xué)》2013年碩士論文

【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大趨勢。國際金融危機(jī)后,世界各國開始重視發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。長三角兩省一市有著良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、雄厚的工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和強(qiáng)大的研發(fā)能力,在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)方面具有較好的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ),三省市也根據(jù)自身條件,確立了各自的戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展重點領(lǐng)域。戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)是一種新的發(fā)展理念,為了防止某區(qū)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)陷入雷同和布局不當(dāng)?shù)木置?在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展初期就要從整個區(qū)域協(xié)作建設(shè)的高度做好產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇、發(fā)展定位等前期規(guī)劃。本文以長三角戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,全面分析了長三角戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展定位以及政府參與的協(xié)同性,并由此提出了構(gòu)建實現(xiàn)長三角戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展機(jī)制的建議。本文一共分為六章,主要研究內(nèi)容簡述如下： 第一章為緒論。主要是對本研究作背景介紹,并闡述研究的意義所在,然后介紹論文采用的方法以及技術(shù)路線,最后簡述了研究具體的創(chuàng)新點。 第二章為理論基礎(chǔ)和研究綜述。從基本概念界定出發(fā),闡述了戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念、特點、提出及內(nèi)涵,歸納整理了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的文獻(xiàn)研究。 第三章長三角戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。這一部分是本文重點。首先,分別闡述了長三角江浙滬三地制定的戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)和重點領(lǐng)域；其次,論述了江浙滬三地發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)；最后概括了江浙滬三地戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。 第四章長三角戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵分析。以協(xié)同學(xué)相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),重點分析研究了長三角戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的動因,在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對長三角戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展定位、政府參與的協(xié)同性進(jìn)行了分析 第五章根據(jù)上文的分析,從規(guī)劃引導(dǎo)、平臺構(gòu)建、產(chǎn)業(yè)分工、區(qū)域合作四個方面提出實現(xiàn)長三角戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展的對策建議 第六章結(jié)論。概述了文章在分析研究后得出的主要結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The regional economic integration is the major trend of economic development . After the international financial crisis , the countries of the world begin to attach great importance to the development of strategic emerging industries .

In the first chapter , we introduce the background of the research , and explain the significance of the research , then introduce the methods of the research and the technical route , and finally give a brief account of the specific innovation points .

The second chapter provides theoretical foundation and research overview . Starting from the definition of basic concept , this paper expounds the concept , characteristics , proposition and connotation of strategic emerging industry , and summarizes the literature research on the strategic emerging industry both at home and abroad .

The third chapter focuses on the development of the strategic emerging industry in the Yangtze River Delta . First of all , the strategic emerging industry development goals and focus areas in the Yangtze River and Zhejiang are expounded .
Secondly , the paper discusses the foundation of the strategic emerging industry in the development of Shanghai and Shanghai .
Finally , the development trend of strategic emerging industry in Shanghai and Shanghai is summarized .

The fourth chapter analyzes the connotation of the coordinated development of the strategic Xinxing industry in the Yangtze River Delta . Based on the theory of Synergetics , the motivation of the coordinated development of the strategic emerging industry in the Yangtze River Delta is analyzed . On the basis of the above analysis , the development orientation of the strategic emerging industry in the Yangtze River Delta and the coordination of government participation are analyzed .

In the fifth chapter , according to the above analysis , the paper puts forward the countermeasures to realize the coordinated development of the strategic emerging industry in the Yangtze River Delta from the aspects of planning guidance , platform construction , division of industry and regional cooperation .

The sixth chapter summarizes the main conclusions of the article after the analysis of the study .
